Holiday rentals with beach access in Teulada

It was a great pleasure to spend a week in the beautiful apartment. Everything matched Vera's description. The apartment is in a quiet location, has everything you need, and above all, I would like to emphasize the cleanliness and the fantastic location by the sea, including sea views. Vera's friendly manner and her helpfulness with any questions or her tips for excursions were also great. Overall, a very nice and highly recommended stay. Thank you, Vera! :-)

Alles wie beschrieben und direkt am Kite Spot. Giacomo hat uns super Tipps gegeben und war sehr hilfreich. Wir können die Unterkunft wärmstens weiterempfehlen.

Stayed in Cagliari for the first time, half on vacation, half working, and Massimo’s place was the perfect home to do that in. It’s located just a couple blocks from the bus and train stations, while also only being just a couple blocks from the main city square. The view overlooking the tree lined park was relaxing and the apartment itself immediately felt like home. The WiFi worked great, even for video calls. As a solo female travel for this trip, I felt incredibly safe too. Plenty of people walking around in the evening, and the building itself was well secured. Massimo was a very organized and proactive host. The flexible self check in was especially appreciated. If I ever return to Cagliari, I would absolutely stay here again.

Wir haben eine wunderschöne Woche in diesem tollen Haus verbracht. Einfach alles war perfekt. Das Haus war sauber, gut ausgestattet und entsprach zu 100% den Bildern und der Beschreibung. Zudem könnte die Lage nicht besser sein: Es gibt mehrere traumhafte Strände (sowohl wilde Strände als auch touristische Strände mit Sonnenliegen/Restaurants/Bars) mit weißem Sand und türkis-blauem, sauberen Wasser, tolle Pinienwälder und kleine authentische Läden mit lokalen Produkten sowie gute Restaurants - und das alles in fußläufiger Distanz vom Haus. Im Haus selbst genießt man zudem absolute Ruhe und vor allem der freie Blick von der Dachterrasse über die Pinienwälder auf das Meer ist einfach unvergesslich. Dazu ist Stefan der perfekte Gastgeber: Super freundlich, zuvorkommend und jederzeit erreichbar für Fragen und tolle Tipps. Vielen Dank für alles - wir kommen definitiv wieder!

Centrally located, great apartment to explore Cagliari

das Apartment ist so wie auf den Fotos oben am Hang. Somit abgelegen und ruhig. Nur wer gut zu Fuß ist, kann auch ohne Auto zum weiten Strand. Der nahe gelegene Ort Sant Anna Arresi ist klein aber fein, mit Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants.

This is a truly lovely apartment. It's well equipped, with everything you need, plus many special touches. It's in a quiet neighborhood, but is just a 15 -minute walk to a gorgeous beach and less than a 10- minute walk to the center of Pula. We loved the area and the charming town. Sabrina and Mauro were very helpful and friendly, and we really appreciated the welcoming treats for our arrival. We hope to return.

We had such a great time at this apartment. Very well equipped, way more than what we expected! Everything you need for a beach holiday, great beach equipment and all amenities were new! One of the best Airbnb’s we have been so far! Definitely recommend! 5min walk to the beach and to the bus station. Great communication with Taty, it was even possible to Check-in early and Check-out late as we had a late flight back. We will definitely come back!

Les vacances en famille dans ce gîte ont été excellentes. Les instructions de Erika pour l'arrivée ont été précises, très faciles pour trouver le lieu exact. Erika nous a fourni de nombreuses informations sur les sites à voir, sur les restaurants. Le gîte est très bien situé, très agréable à vivre, bien équipé et très proche de la plage. C'était très agréable.

Casina davvero graziosa con una vista splendida sul mare. Davvero vista spettacolare! La casa era confortevole e comoda alle spiagge della zona. Ottima per la nostra mini vacanzina. Grazie Matteo e grazie ai tuoi genitori per la gentilezza.

Bardzo fajne miejsce ,zostaliśmy bardzo miło przywitani. Czysto w środku wszystko czego potrzebujemy ( np.automat do kawy +kapsle,sól, garnki ) całe wyposażenie na zewnątrz (parasol,leżaki) .Pościel i ręczniki czyste- był to nasz kolejny wyjazd na Sardynię i byliśmy tym pozytywnie zaskoczeni . Piękny widok z domu na morze ,długa,szeroka i czysta plaża,na spacery z naszym psem-idealnie Puste plaże i piękna pogoda w październiku Sympatyczny,uśmiechnięty i zawsze pomocny gospodarz . Polecamy na 100% Stefano grazie mile Filip,Katarina,Lukas

Wir wurden herzlich empfangen und haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt in diesem kleinen Paradies. Das Haus verfügt über eine grosse und gut eingerichtete Wohnküche, ein Schlafzimmer und ein kleineres Zimmer, sowie ein kleines Bad. Alles sehr sauber und funktional, für Personen über 180cm allerdings nicht so vorteilhaft. Die Lage direkt am Strand und so nah beim Wasser ist unbezahlbar. Mit dem Meeresrauschen einschlafen und aufwachen, schwimmen, schnorcheln, stundenlang am Strand entlang laufen, das ist Urlaub pur. Auch gibt es in der Umgebung vieles zu erkunden, zudem tolle Restaurants, gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, alles top. Unser Highlight war aber sicher der Besuch der Delphine am ersten Tag, während wir auf der Veranda unseren Apéro genossen, tummelten sich zwei Tiere in der Bucht, unbeschreiblich. Wir waren Ende Saison da, die Bars/Cafes am Strand waren bereits geschlossen, Leute hatte es kaum mehr. Rundum glücklich sind wir nach Hause zurückgekehrt. DANKE Valentina und Enzo!

Wir waren 5 Tage in Simones Unterkunft und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Es war sehr idyllisch und ruhig. Es war genau das was wir uns gewünscht haben. Unterdessen gibt es neue Böden und eine zusätzliche Holzterrasse die auf den Fotos noch nicht zu sehen sind. Lasst euch überraschen. Leider hatten wir mit dem Wetter etwas Pech und es war z.T. recht kalt. Zum Glück konnte man mit den Klimageräten heizen ;) auch haben wir den Kamin genutz und es im Wohnzimmer Kuschlig warm zu haben. Trotz des Regens kann man dank der überdachten Terrasse draussen sitzen und die Ruhe geniessen. Ich fand es echt toll:) Simone war ein sehr netter und zuverlässiger Gastgeber. Er ist immer erreichbar und gab und viele Tipps. Leider hatte aber nicht jedes Restaurant offen. Trotzdem kann man in Pula gut Essen. Ich habe ihn gefagt wo man Flamignos gut sehen kann und wir hatten Glück mit seinem Tipp es war wunderbar. Su Gideu Beach, das müsst ihr sehen. wenn ihr Glück habt sind Flamignos dort. This house was absolutely amazing. I took a bunch of my friends here for my birthday and we had the best time. The house was very clean and modern with comfortable and clean beds. The kitchen was fully stocked with cooking equipment which was very helpful. The host was very responsive and check in and check out was very easy. This house is gorgeous and right on the beach (perfect for swimming). It is very remote (which makes it feel safe). I would definitely recommend renting a car if you are staying here as its driving distance from everything and cabs have a hard time finding it. I will definitely be staying here again in the future!

Leuk huisje met alle benodigdheden, traditioneel maar met genoeg luxe. We werden hartelijk verwelkomd ook al kwamen we laat aan, en kregen veel uitleg over huis en omgeving. De rest van de week waren de eigenaars er niet, maar anders woont madre in het souterrain, en ze heeft haar eigen tuin. Vooral de grote tuin met bloemen en veel plaatsen om te zitten vonden we prachtig. Er liepen vaak lieve katten rond, heel gezellig. Het was er ongelooflijk stil ‘s nachts. We hebben gebruik gemaakt van de fietsen om de vele strandjes te ontdekken, heel handig. Op veel plekken waren al strandtentjes open, ook al was het nog voorseizoen. Een wat grotere supermarkt is een kwartiertje rijden. De wandeling langs de kust over de oude Romeinse weg is een aanrader.

Мы провели незабываемые 6 ночей на вилле, которая превзошла все ожидания. Вилла по размерам даже больше и уютней чем на фото. В прекрасном тихом месте в 30 шагах от моря. С балкона открывается потрескавший вид на бухту, и незабываемые впечатления от встречи рассвета за чашечкой кофе. Вилла укомплектована всем необходимым для пляжного отдыха, отдельный восторг вызывает кухню на которой есть даже больше чем необходимо в отпуске. Ощущение что хозяева о тебе очень позаботились. Все было очень чисто и уютно. Мария Виктория дала очень хорошие рекомендации по ресторанам и магазинам поблизости, это было очень ценно. Очень дружелюбные хозяева. И отличное месторасположение. Мы не первый раз на Сардинии, но это лучшая вилла на которой мы были. Спасибо большое, обязательно сюда вернемся.

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und würden wieder buchen. Wichtig zu wissen: wir hatten kein Netz (aber WLAN war top!), es gibt einen Gasherd und keinen Backofen, das nächste Haus ist wirklich direkt nebenan (Terrassen nur durch Vorhang getrennt). Das Nachbarhaus war aber unbelegt. Zum Strand sind es 300 m zu Fuß.

Soggiorno perfetto! Chiara è un’host molto disponibile e sempre pronta a rispondere subito a ogni richiesta. L’appartamento è in una posizione ideale, a due passi dal mare, il che rende tutto ancora più comodo e piacevole. L’arredamento è curato nei minimi dettagli, in perfetto stile “casa di mare”, accogliente e rilassante. È stato davvero come sentirsi a casa. Consigliatissimo, torneremo sicuramente!

Elena’s place was stunning. Hands down the BEST place I’ve ever stayed in. From the white sparkling interior, to insanely comfortable beds with white crisp linen to white marble bathrooms with excellent showers. Just a minute away from great cafe’s and restaurants. Marina was just 5-7 minutes away. Elena was extremely responsive too. I’m already planning my next stay at Elena’s stately retreat.

The host was incredibly kind and thoughtful. She knew we would be tired after the Chia run and, since she was nearby in Pula, she immediately called and offered to pick us up by car. She also kindly offered us a throw to use on the beach after we checked out, as we wanted to relax there until it was time to catch our bus. The bedroom doesn't have a heater, so it can feel colder compared to the living room. However, the location is fantastic—very close to the beach and surrounded by beautiful spots. The walk along the Strada Romana toward Chia was absolutely amazing. Heads-up for travelers without a car: there’s no supermarket in Pinus Village. If you need any supplies, you’ll have to arrange a ride to Pula. Buses are there but the frequency is quite limited. ( use app “ DropTicket” to avoid paying more onboard ).

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in der Wohnung von Angelo und Giovanna!! Die Wohnung ist schön eingerichtet, mit einer tollen großen Terrasse. Von dort hat man einen fantastischen Blick auf die abendlichen Sonnenuntergänge. Von der Wohnung ist man schnell am Strand und die Gegend in der sich die Wohnung befindet ist auch schön. Der Kontakt zu Angelo und Giovanna war super. Sie haben immer sehr schnell geantwortet und waren super zuvorkommend. Das einzige was uns gefehlt hat, waren ein paar Küchengegenstände (es gibt keinen Herd, nur eine einzige Kochplatte, Schüsseln) Aber für die paar Tage war es in Ordnung.

Wir hatten eine tollen Aufenthalt in Stefanias Wohnung. Die Wohnung ist in einer ruhigen Lage und verfügt über Parkplätze vor dem Haus oder in der Tiefgarage. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet was man benötigt. Man kann den Tag auf der Terrasse beginnen und abends auch lange draußen sitzen. In der Nähe befindet sich ein Supermarkt und in das Zentrum kann man sehr gut in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß laufen. Es gibt einige Restaurants und Cafes und kleine Läden zum Schlendern. Pula ist ein wirklich schönes kleines Städtchen, das einen Besuch wert ist. Wir können den Aufenthalt bei Stefania absolut empfehlen.

wir hatten einen super tollen Aufenthalt und haben uns von der ersten Minute an wie zuhause gefühlt. Super sauber und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtete Wohnung in bester Lage. Eine sehr gut ausgestattete Küche und ein traumhaft schöner Ausblick vom schönen Balkon. Silvia war sehr zuvorkommend und immer erreichbar. Wir empfehlen diese Wohnung auf jeden Fall weiter. I had a wonderful 4-day stay at Loredana’s apartment. Everything was perfect: the apartment is beautiful, clean, comfortable, and exactly as shown in the photos, a true little haven of peace. But what really made the difference was Loredana herself. Lovely, incredibly thoughtful, always available, and attentive to make sure everything was going well.
