Villa Laura è situata a 80 mt dal mare nel complesso privato e residenziale "La Perla Marina". Al piano terra si trova un salone con zona pranzo, una bellissima cucina abitabile, una camera doppia (con due letti) e un bagno. Al primo piano si trova la zona notte che è così composta: una camera padronale con terrazzo, bagno privato e balcone, e un'altra camera matrimoniale con bagno privato. Nella dependance, che è totalmente indipendente, troviamo una camera e un bagno privato.
