Our stay Max and Davide’s apartment was lovely. The flat is clean, much bigger than expected and nicely decorated. The location is perfect for accessing town and the beach and on a quiet street. Our communication with Max was very good and he had gave us loads of recommendations and tips, and he let us leave our bags in a locked room after checkout when we had a late flight.

What a gorgeous place to stay! We chose the location because it looked peaceful, away from the busy city, and near to the water. It was exactly what we wanted - waking up to the sound of the sea, and stunning sunsets on the balcony. It felt very private with lots of places to sit depending on your mood - sun loungers, shaded balconies, outdoor table, or a comfy sofa inside. Everything you need is just a short drive away, and we parked in the large train station car park when we visited Cagliari - 15 Euros all day, pay at the machine. There are loads of lovely sandy beaches heading East along the coast, from 10 to 40 mins away, with free parking. The house was spacious, spotlessly clean and smelled wonderful! The beds were super comfortable and the rooms were dark with the shutters closed. The hot tub was really nice, comfy, everything worked, and we loved watching the sunset from there. Taty & Luca were outstanding hosts, thank you so much for everything!

The house was super clean and the views were incredible. It was nice to eat on the terrace. You can see the Island of San Pietro and Sant Antonio from the balcony. The house is very well equipped and very comfortable and nice. We went with our 2-year-old daughter and we were very comfortable, they also provided a crib and a high chair for her. We also really enjoyed the barbecue. It is a quiet town ideal for resting. It has a small but very pleasant market. It is a good point to explore the southwest of the island by car. The ferry port to go to the island of San Pietro is very close to the house. We are very happy and would repeat!

Stayed in Cagliari for the first time, half on vacation, half working, and Massimo’s place was the perfect home to do that in. It’s located just a couple blocks from the bus and train stations, while also only being just a couple blocks from the main city square. The view overlooking the tree lined park was relaxing and the apartment itself immediately felt like home. The WiFi worked great, even for video calls. As a solo female travel for this trip, I felt incredibly safe too. Plenty of people walking around in the evening, and the building itself was well secured. Massimo was a very organized and proactive host. The flexible self check in was especially appreciated. If I ever return to Cagliari, I would absolutely stay here again.

We’ve stayed in a lot of places, but our week at Claudia’s was something special. The apartment felt like home from the start — just 2 minutes from beautiful Solanas beach, and honestly more thoughtfully equipped than our own place! Claudia greeted us with an aperitivo and a stocked fridge for the next day, which was such a kind surprise. There were so many toys and baby items — our 10-month-old was in heaven and didn’t even manage to try everything. Claudia checked in regularly and even had sweet gifts for us (and our little one) at the end. Truly one of the best hosts we’ve ever had — we’d love to come back!

We had such a great time at this apartment. Very well equipped, way more than what we expected! Everything you need for a beach holiday, great beach equipment and all amenities were new! One of the best Airbnb’s we have been so far! Definitely recommend! 5min walk to the beach and to the bus station. Great communication with Taty, it was even possible to Check-in early and Check-out late as we had a late flight back. We will definitely come back!

We had a lovely time at Pietro s flat . The terrace is absolutely stunning - feels like being on the deck of a ship , sailing. Beautiful big sky by day and by night . - the flat is well equipped: the kitchen has everything you need. The beach is clean and there are several beach restaurants to go to for food , coffee or ice cream . A Great place to swim , relax and do nothing :)

We spent 8 days at Cynthia's house in June with our 4-year-old daughter. Calasetta is simply wonderful!Narrow streets, lots of old buildings, few tourists. The apartment is a perfect base for exploring this small island. Everything is at hand Is the house old, or does it have old furniture?Yes. Can an ant, a spider or a cat enter the terrace? Yes, but that's normal!We wanted to feel the atmosphere of Sardinia and I think we fully succeeded here. The apartment has no wifi and the coverage is poor. Thanks to this, we were able to take a break from these technologies. The home is equipped with everything you need. Very comfortable beds. Parking in front of the windows. The bathroom is renovated and matches the style of the rest of the house. The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful. The house is practically on the first shoreline. In the port, every evening we enjoyed wonderful sunsets and in the morning we admired the sunrises from the terrace of the house. Cynthia is very kind and responds quickly to questions. We had a beautiful restful stay at this charming part of Sardinia. So peaceful and the surrounding countryside was stunning. We woke up to beautiful wall to wall blue sky and watched the sun set every night. A very special part of the world . A special thank you to Carlo, who stayed up for a late checkin. Perfect accomodation for a beach holiday. Close to the beach, restaurants and supermarket. A lot of toys available in the house, which was perfect for our two year old son.

It is one of the best place if you are planning a trip to Sardinia. The house is cleaned and you can find a lot of things that can be useful thoughout your stay. For example, various board games. The owner of the house is really kind and nice person. We were getting messages and replies fast. We recommend this place

Having a Villa so close to the beach was wonderful. It was a roomie two bedroom villa with a very nice patio.

Wake up to a water view in a comfy, family home. This house has everything you need - kitchen is well equipped, couches were comfy, proximity to the water was excellent and the hosts were kind and responsive.

We had a lovely time at this airbnb! It has everything you need and is really close to the beach 😊 It's a very friendly area w nice neighbors and their pets, including a little cat called Oreo. Graziella was very kind and responsive. Would definitely recommend and we would love to come again!

We had a wonderful stay at Christina’s apartment. The view was great! The big street in from of the apartment can be a little bit annoying when you are outside. There is a big parking lot directly in front of the apartment and two big supermarkets nearby. Totally recommend!

Carlotta made our stay so easy and straightforward - we couldn’t ask for more. The place was really lovely and spacious, with everything we needed. We loved the garden! We walked to Punta Molentis from the apartment which was a great way to experience more of the local area.

I never met Patrizia in person, but she responded quickly to questions and problems. The check-in instructions were clear and detailed. The place was clean and the bed was comfortable. It was quiet and the view was fantastically beautiful. There are beautiful beaches nearby. The accommodation is quite remote and a vehicle is highly recommended. The kitchen is equipped with the most important things to cook for yourself. Had problems with the WiFi, but Patrizia reacted quickly and made it work again. Thank you Patrizia!

We were warmly welcomed by Monica and she also showed us everything important about the apartment. From the balcony of the apartment you have a beautiful view of the sea and in general it is very well located to reach restaurants or other on foot. After two weeks of travelling in 3 big cities we were exhausted and needed some rest and quiet. Tony's place was perfect. It is quiet, private and has everything you need. There is supermarket just a few kilometres along the main road, back toward town driving there. The kitchen is perfectly equipped to prepare homecooked meals. It is easy to drive to some picture perfect quiet beaches perfect for swimming and with only few people to share it with you. Also, a lovely drive to Calasetta through picturesque countryside. The beach has a lot of kelp along it but it does NOT smell at all and is a pleasant easy walk. The uninterrupted views and calm waters are fantastic. Towards the back of the house are hills and green countryside. We loved our stay. We loved the reconnection with nature.

The host was incredibly kind and thoughtful. She knew we would be tired after the Chia run and, since she was nearby in Pula, she immediately called and offered to pick us up by car. She also kindly offered us a throw to use on the beach after we checked out, as we wanted to relax there until it was time to catch our bus. The bedroom doesn't have a heater, so it can feel colder compared to the living room. However, the location is fantastic—very close to the beach and surrounded by beautiful spots. The walk along the Strada Romana toward Chia was absolutely amazing. Heads-up for travelers without a car: there’s no supermarket in Pinus Village. If you need any supplies, you’ll have to arrange a ride to Pula. Buses are there but the frequency is quite limited. ( use app “ DropTicket” to avoid paying more onboard ).

The ALMAR condo in Poetto was exactly what we were looking for while staying in Cagliari. Immaculate living quarters and a great location for our stay. Daniela was a wonderful host who was very helpful snd friendly. Would absolutely stay at the condo again should we find ourselves back in Cagliari!
