Very cozy and clean. Great location with access to many restaurants, coffee shops, etc. This is the second time I’ve stayed here and will be staying again in the future. Highly recommend.

Kate and Courtney were fantastic hosts, always responsive and helpful. We appreciated the attention to detail and the generous touches - coffee, tea and snacks. Even though this is a small space it is well designed and thoughtfully arranged making it feel cozy and comfortable. We enjoyed the privacy and tranquility of the property.

It was such a cute find! So pleased to have stayed at this location. Everything was clean and in great condition. If this place is available, book it!! Friendly reminder: to enter and leave, you must be able to climb a spiral staircase.

Amazing spot for a weekend getaway, would definitely come back

Wonderful location on the river and the nicest host! The unit is small but worked perfectly for our family of 4 (+ 2 dogs). We had everything we needed, and Mary Ann was so helpful and responsive. It was a nice float on the river from the dam to the last exit (just long enough). The walk back to the house is doable but I’m glad we had someone to pick us up. One thing to note, all table/chair seating is outside on the patio. There were a couple times we wished there was a small table (even if just a bistro set) inside, but definitely not that big of a deal. We had a slight scare on our last night and had to call an ambulance. Mary Ann was so kind, helpful and understanding. Couldn’t ask for a better host.

I've stayed here twice & will stay again. Nicely furnished, peaceful, spacious areas & nicely furnished. Freddy is a great host. He replies promptly to messages. I highly recommend his BNB.

Loved finding this place so close to my sister's! Went there to help babysit so didn't visit many places nearby to speak of but the place itself was perfect for a 5 day trip with our pup. The yard was gorgeous and even though it was summer temperatures the shade made it work. Washer/dryer took a minute to find but it's right outside, covered and protected. Bed was very comfortable and seemed bigger than expected. Three of us could fit comfortably. Could hear minimal noise from occupants upstairs similar to an apartment overhead with good sound insulation. Leaving bottled water in the fridge and some snacks was much appreciated. Definitely looking forward to staying again.

Lovely hosts, extremely helpful, pristine and well appointed room in a beautiful setting. Felt very homey and comfortable! We look forward to many more stays as we visit our family right around the corner. This place is a great find for us!

The stay was great we had access to everything we needed which made for a very comfortable stay.

This is a great unit! The room was in a quiet neighborhood above the main residence. Everything worked like it should and there were some nice touches like sparkling water in the minifridge and snacks in the little console. Loved the big map of Austin on the wall! It seems like all the places we needed to travel to were about 15 minutes away, which was awesome. Driving in Austin is quite the experience, but we managed well. We were in town to attend a wedding at the Wildflower Center and this unit was a great alternative to staying at a mega-hotel. Quiet, clean, comfortable and convenient!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and felt so at home! The place was clean and exactly as described. We will be back!

Such a beautiful neighborhood! Andrew’s listing was so beautiful and clean! The yard you have access to was perfect for our dog to run around in he had so much fun! The neighborhood had a ton of walking trails that were so fun to explore!

I booked this property last minute needing a place to stay for my last night in Austin after a 3 day event. The instant book made it easy. It was the perfect space for R&R. My favorite things were the SUPER cozy blanket in the living room since the leather couch was cold & seeing the greenery through all the windows. To enjoy the patio space, Mark provides tons of bug spray & stuff — or you can enjoy it from the inside! I would absolutely stay here again — and hopefully visit the springs & see the bats. Ps. There’s 3 different fluffiness of pillows on the bed which was amazing to see since I like the more flat options 🙏🏼🙏🏼

Nice and quiet neighborhood with a private entrance. Down the street is a nice park that was easy to walk to and from with my dogs. Perfect cozy spot for a quick trip.

Me and my boyfriend had an amazing time staying here. Tommi really makes you feel right at home and provides everything you could possibly need. She truly made us feel like we were at our home away from home. She even provides maps of the island to find the best beach spots and food suggestions. She also provides you with local restaurants and her fav picks in south padre. It’s a perfect location that’s not too far away from South Padre! I would definitely stay here again.

Robert’s place is a beautiful, peaceful place to be in Fredericksburg. He is a great host and we had a wonderful time. Highly recommend!

My son and I traveled for a baseball tournament at Rocker B ranch this place was perfect! Only a few min from the ranch I was able to go back and forth between games and cool off or make sandwiches. We ate dinner at the Cafe in town it was delicious and so affordable!

Absolutely loved our stay Nancy is super sweet and very responsive. Traveling with a little one can be challenging definitely a plus that she was able to provide a pack and play.!
