Accommodating up to 4 people, it is located in a 3200 m2 enclosed property with secure pool, relaxation SPA, private entrance and parking space.

Apartment ideally located in the city center of La Rochelle, two minutes walk from the central market. It is located in the heart of the historic center, shopping streets, restaurants and the Old Port. Comfortable and bright apartment on the first floor. The accommodation consists of two bedrooms, each with a double bed, as well as a sofa bed in the living room. I am currently looking for a parking space, I have not yet found one for this year.
