Avec ses 5 chambres et ses 16 couchages, notre maison est l'endroit idéal pour accueillir votre famille et vos amis lors de vos vacances. Vous pourrez profiter de la vue sur la campagne. De plongeons dans la piscine ou encore de soirée au coin du feu . Nous sommes impatients de vous accueillir dans notre maison de campagne et de vous offrir un séjour mémorable dans la Nièvre.

The old village school

The old school/schoolmaster's house is on the edge of a tiny village where there's no shop, no café, so you’ll need a car. It's very rural here, with views across the gently undulating countryside from the school. Two small towns with supermarkets - La Machine and Cercy-la-Tour, are both about 11 kilometres away. Decize, a much larger town on the Loire, is about 18 km away. There are two double bedrooms, and another small one with a triple-layer bunk bed suitable for children.

Relax in Gite Briffaut de Bourgondië

This stable converted into a house with a walled garden used to be a stable with a dog kennel that belonged to the adjacent Chateau Briffaut. It is completely free and high overlooking hills and forests, close to the nature park "Morvan". In the house, all the old oak beams are still visible and the old details have been preserved as much as possible, but this house is full of comforts with a walled garden with palm trees and olive trees with terrace and Jacuzzi.

La Mazurka exceptional stopover in the heart of Moulins

Very nice apartment on the 2nd floor of a 19th century bourgeois house, in the heart of a century-old park, recommended by Le Petit Futé. An enchanted enclave in the heart of the city, less than a 5-minute walk to the train station and tourist center. The 2 bedrooms, very spacious, each have a 160 x 200 bed and a desk. A large sofa offers the 5th bed. A fully equipped kitchen, open to the living room, offers an ideal living space to enjoy a hearty breakfast.

La Tiny de Lyot is located in Burgundy near the Sancerre vineyards, 2 hours from Paris, in a soothing setting among horses. This accommodation consists of 2 bedrooms, kitchen and a bathroom and toilet, a very large 40 m2 terrace with a magnificent view where you can eat peacefully and relax in its private spa. There are various activities for couples, friends or close family: Guedelon Château de Saint-Fargeau, tree climbing, canoeing, bike rides...

Located near the Nivernais canal, "La petite maison", now air-conditioned and revamped, is a little piece of paradise along our meadows overlooking the Morvan and the horses. Bousson-le-Bas is an ideal hamlet for nature and outdoor sports enthusiasts; you can hike on the many nearby paths and GR, cycle on the small roads or mountain bike trails, fish on Lake Crescent or elsewhere, swim, canoe or raft, watch the stars… or even do nothing…

Leave everyday life behind and immerse yourself in our paradise. Relax on 4 hectares of forest and streams. Dog owners will find perfect conditions for vacations with their favorite here. You hear birds chirping, the stream, the wind – pure nature. A large garden, table tennis and plenty of space for ball games await on the grounds.
