We loved every minute of our time in his rental and truly appreciate his level of genuine effort and communication. We cooked meals everyday thanks to the fully stocked kitchen and spent unforgettable moments in the apartment, the pool. the beautiful property and, of course, the breathtaking beaches just a short stroll away. Do yourself the favor and book you're stay at Chom Tawan through Dean; there may be alternate Airbnb options for this property but there's only one Dean🙏🏽.

Peaceful security location, nice Italian restaurant on territory, a few minutes to sea, 7/11, beach clubs, massage, manicure , pedicure, hairstyles, shops, night market. Motorbikes and car rent is on the opposite road side. Nice swimming pool with electrochlorination technology. Quite neighbors. Highly recommended to people who prefer comfortable and safety holidays.

When we got to Lyn’s place security directed us inside (they were very helpful), the condo is quite spacious, lots of essentials are provided, the view is breathtaking, and the surrounding amenities are great. It’s a very serene area, perfect for relaxing! And it’s easy to walk to the beach :) however you’ll probably need transport into the main town (unless you enjoy walking). Lyn was also very responsive and checked in on us everyday! We can’t fault Lyn’s place, we really enjoyed our stay and we hope we’ll be back again soon! Thank you 🥰

We stayed for 5 days over new year, the place was fantastic, had everything we needed and Nong the housekeeper even did our laundry! Would highly recommend for large families, beach was a 5 min walk, private pool at the villa was great for all to cool off, I’d definitely stay here again. Was a little tricky to find the first time from the airport but otherwise a secure and private complex.

Beautiful condo unit with direct access to the pool which our son loved. Our host was super lovely and welcoming, by far one of the best air bnb hosts we have had. We have been coming to this condo location for the past 10 years now, it’s one of a kind in Phuket. Quiet location away from any let’s say usual ‘crowds’, right on the quiet beach, near all the 5* resorts for meal time treats. Get a car or a bike to explore the mainland to give you freedom to explore. Will be back! Thank you! ✨

We had a memorable stay! While the home isn’t beachfront, the views were still stunning and the pool made for the perfect spot to relax and unwind. Just a heads up — the house is very much surrounded by nature, and you’ll definitely notice that indoors at times. We found a frog and lizard inside the living room and the primary bedroom. The staff helped remove the critters. The highlight of our stay was without a doubt the incredible chef and staff. Aew, the housekeeper and chef, was amazing — she made us feel so cared for and her cooking was phenomenal. Every meal was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The laundry service was also top-tier — everything came back perfectly folded and fresh. Beds were on the firm side, which may be a consideration depending on your comfort preferences. But overall, we loved the peaceful setting, friendly service, and delicious food. Would recommend for a nature-immersed, relaxing getaway!

We stayed one month in this Airbnb. The apartment is modern like the building. It is a small apartment but it is well designed and you have everything for a comfortable stay. The bed is very comfortable, you can hear some noise as the apartment faces a busy street especially during the morning and evening. The apartment is very hot because gets the sun in the morning but the A/C works very well. The pool is very nice. The location is just perfect, close to the beach and it is located in Laguna, probably the best and well maintained area of Phuket. Nearby you have good restaurants. Communication with the host was perfect, very nice and always available. I would recommend due to the great location and because it is a modern apartment. If you stay for long time it may be a bit small.

A great stay, I loved it 🤩 The flat is modern and very well furnished. I loved the wardrobe and the bed was comfy. It’s on the 6th floor which also meant no mosquitos and no noise. It’s absolutely quiet at night, which was important for me. I slept very well. The location is just a few minutes from the beach and many restaurants. A well stocked supermarket & café is just one minute away. Elena, the contact on site, replied immediately to messages. She was very friendly and helpful. Thanks for that 🙏

Very clean spacious place to stay. A gorgeous beach is within a walking distance. The hostess is very responsive. We really enjoyed the time spent in this apartment.

Wonderful space! Super clean, excellent location. We have stayed at this condo for the past 10 years in various units and this is one of the most well positioned units. The condo is directly on the beach with many 5* resorts in walking distance so you can take advantage of their F&B or buy food from the nearby mini mart and cook yourself. We hire a car from the airport to get around and explore the area and drive off the island highly recommended. :)

We stayed as a family with two kids. The area is really quiet and relaxing. The beach view and sunset is amazing. The accommodation is as described. Nata and Miss Tumm took immediate action when the washing machine got broken. They replaced it the next morning. If you are looking for a relaxing place this is what you need to book.

Awesome place! Super close to Phuket International Airport and they even offer free airport drop-off, which was super convenient. My flight was late at night and I asked if we could check in early — Chayot was really friendly and let us in around noon. The villa is gorgeous, the pool is absolutely stunning, and it’s just a short walk to the beach and some really good Thai restaurants. Highly recommend if you’re looking to stay near the airport!

This property is a great value! The unit was immaculate. Host is super responsive and friendly. He usually responded in less than 5 minutes. Direct access to a beautiful, clean beach. Surf can be a bit rough, but it is definitely swimmable. Highly recommend

Well appointed condo with separate living area and balcony. Efficient kitchen, great a/c, hot water, wifi and comfy bed. Plus all the little extras like dish and laundry soap, shampoo and shower gel. Loved all the windows with views in three directions. And the pool was amazing. Close to two very different beaches and very short walk to grocery stores and restaurants. There are even mats and a beach chair/umbrella if you want. This was just what we needed! We would have stayed longer but it was booked. There was one thing in the house manual that was different than the info on the listing, but we worked it out and Olivier was very generous and accommodating.

Pros: - Great location on the beach and walkable to a few nice restaurants. - Very quiet, safe and peaceful condo and surroundings - good for families. - Kannika was very friendly and responsive to any requests or questions. - Clean unit with all the basics you'd need and good cookware, just bring your own way to make coffee if you don't like instant coffee from the kettle Cons: - A bit of funny shower plumbing with the hot water when the not-in-use bath faucet was turned a certain way but we figured it out quickly enough and now the host can guide guests if they face the same situation.

10/10 highly recommend, quite amazing actually. Taige and Min are great people, definitely know how to take care of people

Raissa’s place was one of the best Airbnbs I’ve ever stayed at. Raissa was there to meet me upon arrival, and communicated promptly to messages. Her condo is spotless, and adorable with comfortable, quality furnishings and a fully equipped kitchen. The location is perfect and is a 5 minute walk to the beach and many nearby shops and restaurants. You won’t be disappointed, I highly recommend it.

Fabulous place in a lovely location. The check in was easy and staff were super helpful. Within walking distance of shops and bars (including Carpe Diem who do a great Sunday brunch!), and easy to catch a Grab to bigger supermarkets and some other beach clubs.

great location of the apartment 3 minute walk to the beach. great onsite pool area and really spacious apartment, very clean and really a great place to stay . great street food carts outside the complex and some really good restaurants . great host always answered questions would love to stay here again.
