The house was fantastic: the bed linens were great, and the view from the window was beautiful—not of neighboring houses, but of trees. In the house, the doors and staircase are made of wood, and instead of tiled flooring, there’s a wooden surface that feels very pleasant on your feet. I also loved the community; there are few residents, making it very quiet and peaceful. You can walk to the sea in about 15 minutes through parks. The host was very accommodating, allowing us to check in early and check out late!

Elena was a great host. Very responsive and made herself available. There were a few things we needed help with on our second day and she sorted everything very quickly. The place was very clean and in a very central and convenient location. It is spread across 3 floors so that’s just good to be aware of. It worked perfectly for us.

Stop searching! This property is absolutely breathtaking! The whole neighborhood is new. The security team is awesome. The house itself is huge. I believe it can easily accommodate eight people if needed, it was just my girlfriend and I and we lost each other a few times in the home lol. I’ve used AirBnB quite a bit and this house may be my favorite. He was communicative, understanding, and very proactive. He provides all of the asses to ensure you have a fantastic time in Phuket. I will definitely be back and I will definitely be staying here probably with a few friends. Thanks Andrei!!

We had a great stay :) Our host was very responsive and easy to talk to, so that our late check-in and early check-out were a soloist no problem. We had a blast exploring everything and it was easy to just walk to the beach and enjoy the sun. 100% recommendation from us 😁

We stayed one month in this Airbnb. The apartment is modern like the building. It is a small apartment but it is well designed and you have everything for a comfortable stay. The bed is very comfortable, you can hear some noise as the apartment faces a busy street especially during the morning and evening. The apartment is very hot because gets the sun in the morning but the A/C works very well. The pool is very nice. The location is just perfect, close to the beach and it is located in Laguna, probably the best and well maintained area of Phuket. Nearby you have good restaurants. Communication with the host was perfect, very nice and always available. I would recommend due to the great location and because it is a modern apartment. If you stay for long time it may be a bit small.

Ondrej's place is great. His Property Manager Victoria could not have been more helpful and responsive. We have stayed in a lot of Airbnbs over the years and stayed in Phuket quiet a number of times and have to say this was one of the best we have stayed in. Thanks to Vlad for the apartment! I really liked the place. It turned out to be better than I expected. The house had everything you need. The apartment itself is clean and cozy, with a great view. The complex is new, there is a very beautiful park with birds, squirrels nearby. In the morning, you can do yoga in the park. The neighborhood is very beautiful. The only disadvantage of the area is that there are few restaurants, shops, massage parlors. But in general, this is not a problem - I walked 1.5 km, there is also a free transfer that you can drive. It takes 7-10 minutes to walk to the sea through the park. I liked the beach itself. I will be happy to come back again!

Only spent a day here.. Room is cozy. comfy bed. Bang tao is going to be on a whole another level in a couple of years. I'm planning to invest. Peaceful. beautiful lakes. huge not overcrowded beach. Plenty of beach bats and clubs
