Nikhil is an incredibly accommodating host, and will ensure that you are comfortable during your stay by means of prompt communication as well as very well equipped and helpful staff (security, housekeeping, well priced laundry services) at the airbnb. We didn’t face any difficulties during our two week stay and would choose this place again. The stay is exactly as described in the pictures, is super clean and comfortable. All the appliances, crockery, toiletries etc are clean and well maintained. You would also be staying in an upscale locality which has proximity to all the best places in Bandra. Great place to stay. Exactly as described. Clean and peaceful locality, yet closer to everything. Easy to commute, and easy to find. There's a park right opposite to this house that my kid liked. Great value for money. Recommendable and certainly would pick to stay here again.

Neevia's property is well furnished, functional, well located, and well insulated from the general chaos of Bombay. What stood out to me was how comfortable the mattresses were and how easy it was to create the blackout environment crucial for good sleep. The solid air conditioners helped in this regard as well. The place was extremely clean and tidy when we entered and Neevia had generously stocked the kitchen with some essentials. Plenty of cookware and serveware too. As a host, Neevia was professional and prompt to respond. I would love to stay here when I visit the city again.

This is a perfect place for someone to stay who is returning to Bombay and wants to feel at home. Chuim Village is quiet and well located in Khar West, just a couple minute's walk from Carter road and a quick rickshaw ride away from Pali Naka. It's an old little neighbourhood tucked away from the main road, so it's very quiet for Mumbai standards. Old buildings are going to come with some dampness and mustiness, which went away when the AC was on, and otherwise the place was clean and comfortable. We really liked how easy it was to find it and get inside after a late night arrival. Amit was super helpful with details for our visa, a nice little welcome note and was always responsive. He even offered cleaning on our second day, and left us a great range of fruit to try. One thing is that it would be more comfortable if the curtains blocked out more light and gave more privacy.

Pankaj had been very responsive throughout our tenure, always picked up my phone if we were having any issues while in his flat. The location was aptly described and easy to find without any issues.

The room is in a building in a gated community. The pin location would be the first building near the gate. You need to walk a few minutes to the actual building. There is a bed room with a privated washroom attached and a living area. Both has A/C.

Rishabh clearly cares about his guests—he set clear expectations, responded quickly to any questions, and was open to feedback to make his place even more inviting for future guests. We stayed here for about two weeks and had a wonderful experience. The home was clean, cozy, and felt just like home—very comfortable for a longer stay. The location was convenient, and everything we needed was easily accessible. The host was extremely prompt, reliable, and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable—even arranging an extra chair and table since both of us were working remotely. We truly appreciated the warm hospitality and will definitely stay here again soon!

The stay was beautiful, there are so many amenities in lodha upper thane that you'll never be bored. The check in and check out smooth, requiring minimal communication with the host. the house has immaculate views and was quite clean. But apart from that no complaints! Rushina was very understanding and friendly. Would definitely stay here again.

Very well maintained and amazing property. The Hall room and bedrooms are well-maintained, and equipped with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The Kitchen was fully equipped with utensils, crockery etc It also had plenty of food stuff like tea sugar oil rice papad and much more … There was also a welcome basket of chips, cookies and soft drinks in the house. The cleanliness and hygiene standards are excellent, which made my stay even more pleasant. The location is also a plus—easily accessible and well-connected to key areas. Jinal was very quick in response and communication. Checkinn was very smooth. We had a wonderful experience at Jinal’s house.
