The cozy house, newly built in 2021, is located in the middle of a beautiful olive grove. Central location and still ideal for those seeking peace and quiet and nature lovers. Large terrace with private swimming pool and great views of the mountains. WiFi, flat screen TV and air conditioning. The kilometer-long, fine sandy beach (Golden Beach) is within easy walking distance. A hospitable tavern, bakery and supermarket are close by. Happy to provide insider tips on excursions, restaurants, etc.

Απολαύστε το γεύμα σας στη μεγάλη βεράντα με θέα το Αιγαίο, χαλαρώστε στον κήπο ή ψήστε στο BBQ. Οι παροχές περιλαμβάνουν Wi-Fi, κλιματισμό, πλυντήριο πιάτων και δωρεάν πάρκινγκ. Το κατάλυμα βρίσκεται πάνω στον κεντρικό δρόμο.

Our home is recently renovated and situated near public transport. The vintage kitchen, the comfortable couch- beds, the tall ceilings, the cozy atmosphere ,the sunny rooms and its location, which is around 300 metres far from the beach, make it unique. It is ideal for couples, for a single person who wishes to have tranquility or nearby activities ,for business travelers, families with children and even pets . Fishing is also an optional activity that we would surely recommend .

Welcome to my place! A small oasis of tranquility and comfort in the heart of the city. It is located just a few minutes walking from the center of Thasos. There is a bakery in the neighborhood and a supermarket within walking distance. Καλωσορίσατε στο σπίτι μου! Μια μικρή όαση ηρεμίας και άνεσης στην καρδιά της πόλης. Το σπίτι βρίσκεται λίγα λεπτά περπάτημα από το κέντρο της Θάσου. Στη γειτονιά υπάρχει επίσης φούρνος και σουπερ μάρκετ.

"Pithos" old traditional house newly renοvated

Είναι ένα παλιό παραδοσιακό σπίτι (1881μ.Χ.) 55 τ.μ + 20 τ.μ. μπαλκόνι και αυλή, προσφάτως ανακαινισθέν πλήρως. Αποτελείται από ένα υπνοδωμάτιο , μια ευρύχωρη αίθουσα - κουζίνα και ένα μπαλκόνι. Το χωριό είναι από τα σημαντικότερα ορεινά χωριά της Θάσου, με μια δυναμική που έλκει τον επισκέπτη, τόσο εξ αιτίας της μακρόχρονης ιστορίας του, όσο και λόγω του φυσικού κάλους της περιοχής, όπου είναι κτισμένος.

TZANETI'S HOUSE

Tzaneti House is a modern space located in Limenas, Thassos, only 300 meters from the nearest beach, Ai Vasilis, and 1.5 km from the city center. It has a beautiful garden, with a table and benches!!! The house is located opposite the Holy Trinity Church and next to it there is a playground. The surrounding area is surrounded by trees, in a quiet neighborhood. The nearest supermarket is 50 meters away.

Floor apartment-Laskarina apartments

The two-storey stone building built in 1890 was restored and completely renovated just recently, is located in the village of Limena, on the outskirts of the Acropolis, less than 10 minutes from the beach of Limena in the old port, near the archaeological site of ancient Thassos, the archaeological museum and the church of Agios Nikolaos. There is a bakery 50m away and a supermarket 150m away.

Κάθε γωνία του, από την οροφή μέχρι το μπάνιο φτιάχτηκε από εμάς στο χέρι με πολύ μεράκι ώστε να γίνει όπως το φανταστήκαμε και να το μοιραστούμε μαζί σας! Αυτό που πρέπει να γνωρίζετε είναι ότι εδώ θα έχετε την απόλυτη ελευθερία και ιδιωτικότητα σε ένα κτήμα 24στρ., σε απόσταση 1χλμ από την παραλία Παχύς.
