The cozy house, newly built in 2021, is located in the middle of a beautiful olive grove. Central location and still ideal for those seeking peace and quiet and nature lovers. Large terrace with private swimming pool and great views of the mountains. WiFi, flat screen TV and air conditioning. The kilometer-long, fine sandy beach (Golden Beach) is within easy walking distance. A hospitable tavern, bakery and supermarket are close by. Welcome to my place! A small oasis of tranquility and comfort in the heart of the city. It is located just a few minutes walking from the center of Thasos. There is a bakery in the neighborhood and a supermarket within walking distance. Καλωσορίσατε στο σπίτι μου! Μια μικρή όαση ηρεμίας και άνεσης στην καρδιά της πόλης. Το σπίτι βρίσκεται λίγα λεπτά περπάτημα από το κέντρο της Θάσου. Στη γειτονιά υπάρχει επίσης φούρνος και σουπερ μάρκετ.
