Beachfront holiday rentals in The Bahamas

We had a blast on our family vacation via boat! The water went out twice, and then the power on the morning we were leaving but that is typical on an island and everything was fine and the community was pleasant! We will be back!

this was a great accommodation for my monthly stay in Nassau. the location was convenient, the rooms were neat and clean (very large bathroom)! and the complementary car was needed and appreciated. there are surrounding rooms on the property that are cleaned on a rotating basis, so there is movement and energy on the property during the day sometimes. otherwise, peaceful and perfect to spend time outside around the garden. the kitchen was a tad small in this unit since I was cooking often, however all appliances (cooking plate and fridge) were very appreciated. lastly, the cost of the car is an investment (as mandatory insurance is needed). budget accordingly. Megan and the property manager are welcoming, caring, and responsive and I thank you for a great stay.

Megan was helpful from the day we booked until the day we left. Responded quick and always had suggestions for us! The property and rental car were great and exceeded expectations! We would definitely book again!!

We had the best family vacation!!! Alice and Florian, the hosts, were very helpful and friendly. Alice was there to greet us when we arrived and suggested local things for us to do since this was our first time visiting. This is the perfect place for anyone visiting Nassau. You simply cannot beat the views from this house and you even have your own plunge pool and private beach. My family loved this venue and plan to stay here when we return! 10/10 stars!!

Just got back from our second stay at this amazing property. We loved it so much last year we couldn’t help but come again! The photos are great but don’t do it justice. Seeing it in person I was blown away. The amenities and the view make this place super special. We love to explore the surrounding areas during the day and relax at “home” in the late afternoon and evenings. Great place for a morning coffee and even better place for a sunset meal. If you are fortunate enough and have the opportunity to stay at this property… DO NOT HESITATE!! For reference, it was myself, my husband and three teenagers for the week. We all loved it just the same!

Fabulous house on a secluded beach. Ideal for families with small children. A wonderful surround deck to stay in the shade and breeze. Shallow water for young kids but with a protected bay for swimming and paddle boarding. Ron and Evie were ready to help at all times. A great spot to get away from it all.

What an amazing experience. My teenagers were even impressed, and we all know how hard it is to impress at that age. The home was beautiful and exactly what we were expecting. Mark was very proactive in making sure we had all the info needed before we arrived and I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a secluded getaway. You definitely need to rent a car if you are planning to explore as it is not super walkable with the distance to most things and the lack of sidewalks. Taxi's are expensive but convenient and very considerate once you are downtown. Our driver Monique (recommended by Mark) was phenomenal and had plenty of recommendations and a wealth of knowledge about the island and some great local spots.

The location is great! Fantastic contact with David and Philippe - they were both very helpful and responsive. It’s a great option to run away from busy downtown which os often full of cruise ships passengers. Definitely recommend this place!

Had a fantastic week long stay!!! Rented a car (M&W Johnson's Car Rental)and explored the island. Great place to be to go explore everything. Also best place to be was where we were. The restaurants and beaches closest to us were our favorite places. {i.e…. Pascals(say hi to Sammy), Tippy’s, Buccaneers Club, 1648(say hi to Kelly), The Deck, please visit Fish Fry Fridays} That being said….. the house was amazing. Pool with a waterfall was so refreshing and nice to relax in. The garden areas are so lovely. Spent a lot of time looking out the windows and the surrounding nature. Inside was clean and inviting from walking in to leaving on the last day. Cool and comfortable everywhere in the house and a great kitchen set up. We slept so comfortably every night.

South Pointe Villa was exactly as described! The picturesque location was easy to find from the airport and in a safe and gated community. The condo was well-appointed with lots of amenities and extra touches. The hosts were super communicative and checked on us several times. It was an easy 15 minute drive to the major supermarket, Straw Market and many restaurants. We especially enjoyed Fortune Beach near Banana Bay. I would say a car is necessary and the hosts connected us to a rental company. It may be helpful to know that when we visited in June, the island was definitely quiet and heading into off-season. Many restaurants and businesses were closed on weekdays and seemed to open only when cruises were in port. It’s a beautiful island to relax on, but may not be for those that want to be constantly on the go (at least in June). Overall, highly recommend the villa!

Jaqueline and Brian are the BEST HOSTS EVER! We loved our stay. Jaqueline and Brian have thought of every single detail! I love the little bowls for your jewelry on the bedside tables!!! The towels and bathrobes are luxurious, the pillows are perfect for us! The beach towels are so pretty and every single detail was so appreciated. We love Martha too! We needed more propane as we cooked outside for I think 4 evenings...sure enough Martha with the help of hubby had the propane tank installed the next day!!!! Thank you for everything! Our stay at Andrea’s Airbnb at Coral Beach Condominiums was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we booked, Andrea provided impeccable customer service—responding promptly to every question and making us feel incredibly well taken care of before we even arrived. The condo was exactly as described: clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully appointed with everything we needed for a relaxing escape. But the real magic was the location—just a short, convenient trip to Port Lucaya where we enjoyed shopping, dining, and local culture. The private beach was a slice of paradise, with soft sand, calm turquoise waters, and cozy shaded tiki huts that made it effortless to spend hours lost in a good book or simply soaking in the view. Highly recommend staying here—and without a doubt, we would stay again.

Most importantly the King bed was comfortable and the place had AC that worked and a full bath upstairs. This place is next to the Four Seasons Ocean Club and 10-15 min down the beach from the Atlantis This condo and the whole community is very basic with no frills but it boasts the best beach in the Bahamas. You have to punch in a code into two different gates to get to the beach but that means a VERY private and relaxing beach experience. Viola's restaurant is right out your front door on the property and has very reasonable and delicious breakfast, lunch and dinner. If you are going to cook in, I recommend stopping at the Solomon's Fresh Market near the airport and getting all your groceries there or at a larger grocery store. The grocery on Paradise Island is pricey and very limited and a pretty decent walk (especially if raining). This has a circular staircase that some folks might find hard to use but if you are mobile, it's fine. Pull out sofa is fine for kids but not adults.

Wonderful, peaceful, and very beautiful, right on the beach! Very clean and lots of amenities. If and when we come back to the Bahamas we’re booking here again!

Absolutely Amazing Stay! From start to finish, this Airbnb was everything I hoped for and more. The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and exactly as pictured—if not better! The host was super responsive and accommodating, making check-in a breeze and making sure I had everything I needed throughout my stay. The location was far from everything (25-30mins), yet quiet enough to relax and unwind.

Travis's place is amazing private, peaceful and quiet with an amazing view!!! location was great not far from anything. Travis was extremely helpful with recommendations and responded very quickly to all my answers. when I return to exuma there's no other place I'd stay.

We had a wonderful stay at their place! Very nice, clean and comfortable, with a great view. The kitchen had everything we needed and the large side by side refrigerator was an added bonus for us. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was very nice with great water pressure in the shower. The beach chairs were like brand new and comfy. They were so helpful and thorough and responded promptly to my many questions or concerns. I appreciated their recommendations about everything island. We really enjoyed watching two younger turtles that hung out front during our stay. We would definitely stay there again. Kim & Mark

Very clean, beautiful, updated home. Better than most in the area. As cozy as the house was, it was hard to get me to stay inside.The property has a very beautiful, natural, private beach alongside clear water full of sea life for snorkeling and exploring. There was so much to explore nearby. You can find a cave if you walk about 5 minutes north/west up the beach. We did lose power during some storms and the generator kicked on in less than 10 seconds then worked strong for 3 days as electricity was in & out on the island. Ghandi went above and beyond to communicate & accommodate us during our stay, even beyond checkout from her property. I highly recommend Ghandi as a host and highly recommend her Ocean Oasis property. Side note: the driveway is rough but we made it in a minivan. I recommend a vehicle with higher clearance if you have the option.

Right on the beach, beautiful views. The home was clean and comfortable. The kitchen lacks some items that you would need for cooking or baking. There is no WiFi at this location. There were only 2 bath towels and 2 beach towels and we were there for a week. We didn’t find any hand towels. There was also limited toilet paper and paper towels. We had to purchase some for our stay. All that said, the place was convenient for our stay. Note that there are no addresses on this island and the directions to the house could be better explained.

This place is amazing! So incredible, we felt right at home from the start! The neighborhood is lovely, Freeport is so chill, and the island is absolutely beautiful! Jens welcomed us when we arrived and is so friendly, he gave us lots of useful info and recommendations, and helped us out throughout our stay! Would definitely recommend getting massages from Susan, those were wonderful! Can't say enough how much we enjoyed being here!

We stayed at Janet's place for a week. She was responsive and her place was quiet and remote. The weather was not the greatest when we were there and so the water was a little rough some days. Not Janets fault. When the weather was good, the water was calm, blue and inviting. Janet's house is well stocked and has almost everything you can think of in terms of beach gear and other things that don't typically come with an air bnb. The beach in front of the house had a little bit or trash and seaweed. We also did not see a whole lot of sea life in the water other than a few small fish, a few starfish and two conch. Overall, for the price, location, host communication and beach front property you can't beat Janet's place. The area was off the beaten path but we all felt safe. It was about 15 drive to restaurants and grocery stores. The standout feature was the front covered patio. Small issues with getting the front door locked and the Wifi, but nothing major. Great AC in all rooms.

This place was absolutely perfect! The house is adorable, thoughtfully designed, and the view is simply breathtaking. It had everything we needed for a comfortable, relaxing stay and offered some stunning photo opportunities. Spencer and Brendi were incredibly attentive, checking in throughout our trip to make sure we had everything we needed. From this location, you’re just a short drive away from some of the most beautiful beaches on the island, so we definitely recommend renting an SUV, as the roads can be a bit rough in places. Luckily, Brendi, the cohost, made renting a car super easy by meeting us right at the airport with the vehicle. I can’t wait to go back!
