We had an amazing stay! The hosts were very helpful and flexible with our check in and check out. The house was perfect for multiple families staying together. Very clean with beautiful coastal decor. We also did a boat tour with Tyman Charters which I highly recommend. We spent an awesome day on the water and Captain Tyman did an outstanding job taking care of us and serving us delicious lunch. Thank you for your kindness April and Tyman! We hope to be back soon!

Have stayed at Be Happy multiple times and it is perfect for our large group of adult kids and nieces.

Ramesh was awesome! We had the whole place to ourselves and it looks like it has been recently renovated. Very clean. AC worked great! Ramesh answered all our questions right away and gave great recommendations. He set up transportation to the place and back to the airport!

This is our second stay at the Parrot House and we had a great time. Perfect spot if you have a boat, our 36’ Invincible fit perfectly and there is water access at the dock. There is a resort restaurant in walking distance as well as a convenience store! Margo is always a pleasure to communicate with and checked in on us frequently. We will be back!

This is a beautiful condo in an amazing gated community. It’s truly a short 5-minute walk from the beach, bar, and restaurant. The unit was immaculately clean, and the pictures in the listing very accurately reflect reality. The spacious balcony has ample outdoor furniture, the living room has lots of seating, and the dinner table easily accommodated our party of 6 people. The unit is located on the second floor, so you’ll need to walk up a flight of stairs to access the front door. The mattresses were on the softer side, but of course that’s just personal preference. The upper floor of the unit is more of an “attic” type space with sloped ceiling/walls due to the roof line. While the space was exceptionally clean and very comfortable (it has its own thermostat for AC) it can be trickier to navigate for taller folks. The pictures do a good job of showing this space. Overall, this is a beautiful condo in a wonderful community.

I usually go into great detail due to having to rightly divide the truth about listings. However, The Sunflower House is a true gem that exceeds your average AirBnb encounter! A true home away from home! Everything was as described, immaculately clean, and in good working order. The home was comfortable, spacious, and provided all necessary accommodations. Gary was welcoming, thorough, and responsive. Location was perfect in all aspects; peace, safety, and proximity to resources. It's okay to have expectations on this one; I doubt you'll be let down so don't think twice!

Cheryl’s property was just what we were looking for on our GTC getaway! The house was new/clean and had everything you needed as far as supplies for cooking. The location was great and very nice to have the boat at the dock within short walking distance! Having both sides of the duplex was very accommodating and was perfect for our group! Water pressure was great and really nice to have those deep freezers! We will definitely be coming back!

We absolutely loved our stay at Belmont Estate. My husband and I stayed in the Junior Suite. My sister-in-law, husband, dog, and 2 kids stayed in main house. And my parents-in-law stayed in the cottage. It was the perfect set up. The house and both cottages were more updated than I expected and in great condition for island houses. House manager, Patrick, made sure everything was perfect. House was soooo clean! Mattresses were all very comfortable. Great kitchen. Bathrooms are all big and really nice. The yard is huge and gorgeous and impeccably maintained. Having a pool is fantastic, especially with kids. Sunset from the upstairs balcony is the best view on the island. House and cottages are all equipped with beach chairs, beach umbrellas, beach towels and coolers. We walked to The Buccaneer for dinner a couple nights. French Leave Beach is one of the best on the island and a 3 minute drive from the house. We loved it and will definitely be back! Highly recommend!

Co-host Bonnie was helpful and responsive. The property was in perfect shape, we enjoyed our second stay there. We will definitely be back.

Celebrated my 65th Birthday there with 7 dear friends and we had a wonderful time. Lovely property. Great Host. Pool area with the stage was a plus for us, had some great karaoke/dancing there.

The pictures of this listing do not do it justice as to how beautiful the outdoor space is. the home is a bit of a maze but amazing. we had a amazing time and would definitely recommend.

We had a wonderful stay at this location. It was extremely private and picturesque. The best part was all of the helpful information Wally, the host, provided. the information he provided made a very remote island much more accessible!

I had an amazing experience staying at this Airbnb! From the very beginning, the host was incredibly accommodating, making sure that everything was set up perfectly for my stay. Communication was outstanding—every time I had a question or needed something, they responded quickly and with such a friendly attitude, making me feel welcome and well taken care of. The space itself was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described in the listing, if not better. It had all the amenities I needed, and the little thoughtful touches throughout really made a difference. The location was also great, making it easy to explore the area. Overall, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The host’s kindness, attentiveness, and hospitality truly stood out, and I would absolutely stay here again in the future. Highly recommended!

The house was absolutely perfect for this big family from Texas! The bedrooms were all perfect size for our large family, the pool was beautiful and clean and the backyard setting was perfect! We loved the mangos from the backyard! The kitchen was very spacious and had everything we needed to cook for our family! Catherine provided lots of local options for car rentals (Virgo Car Rental was amazing), restaurants and other activities. Jacob (lives onsite) was so friendly and we felt he was a long lost friend by the time we left. Everything was very clean and easily accessible. The view was spectacular. We will definitely recommend this house to everyone and hope to return soon.

It was peaceful and quiet at night, and we felt right at home from the moment we arrived. One of the best parts was the location—it was close to many places within walking distance, so we didn’t have to go far to explore or grab something to eat. Everything about this place was amazing. Host was phenomenal and very responsive! We even had motor issues and host had a mechanic to the house within 30mins! My family had a great time. We will be back over and over again! Highly recommend!

Once again our stay at Magnifique was MAGNIFICENT. Our family enjoyed the stay and DeAndra was an excellent communicator. From our arrival at our local airport she reached and made sure that everything would be set for our arrival. After an exhausted delayed flight, we were welcomed to a clean home as usual. Now we’ve stayed here before and there have been some upgrades which made this visit even more special. We were worried about the energy billing but DeAndra told us the best way to avoid any overage & it was a breeze. The pool was amazing, the cleaner even came by for a just few leaves that had fallen in. With all that said, book away, I promise you won’t be disappointed.

Tamsin was a PHENOMENAL host! Her place was fabulous… she was an excellent communicator… was super responsive… and made the entire process seamless and easy! I HIGHLY recommend her!

This place is insane. Stunning, beautiful, affordable, great communication from ownership. Usually when you rent an Airbnb you don’t get any amenities. Here you have an amazing restaurant right on the beach, pool, gym, toys, all kinds of stuff! Playground for kids! This was the best place I’ve rented in a longgggg time! Oh. And if you can’t tell, it’s right on the beach!!! You can hear each wave from the ocean as you sleep at night. Incredible

The location of the condo in this community is a quiet end unit, yet the pool and outdoor kitchen pavilion are only a few steps away. We used the dock for our boat and the community provides ice for filling coolers!! Downtown Treasure is within walking distance to get to the market, liquor store, and of course Florence’s Cafe for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. All appliances, cooking items, coffee maker, beach towels, and plenty of seating is provided in the condo too. Great place to stay!

We loved loved loved this place! It was beautiful, peaceful and perfect for our family vacation. We had 6 adults and 3 kids (age 2,8,10) and it was absolutely perfect. The location is in the middle of nowhere which I loved. But maybe plan to get groceries if you can before you arrive - after a long day of travel we were starving- but went to LJ’s High Rock restaurant and it was lovely and great food! LJ was amazing and we became fast friends! He was very responsive - one morning our rental car was dead and he came in 15 minutes and gave us a jump. There is plenty to do on the island- (I would skip swimming with the pigs but put Lucayan beach on your list) but our favorite days was just spent at the house- waking up to the ocean. Swimming in the pool. Kayaking the beautiful crystal clear waters. And walking the beach for miles collecting conch shells. Beautiful beautiful beautiful. We will definitely try to plan to be back!
