Pet-friendly holiday rentals in The Barossa Council

Jackie's property was an ideal home away from home. Clean, welcoming, a fabulous outdoor space for humans and fur kids, walking distance from the beach and minutes from local shops. We enjoyed our stay and would happily return again!

Ivan was very responsive when we had trouble turning on the stove. It was also very kind of him to extend us a couple more hours as we had a late flight to catch. It was a lovely and comfortable stay

As described and well appointed. 4 of us stayed for 2 nights and everything was great. A room out the back (off the kitchen) where we could do our computer work and sit and chat. Well worth the $$ and I would stay here again. Did like the high ceilings.

Thank you, it was the most needed stay this year for us after a really tough year last year. This place is my favourite airbnb EVER and made us feel like we were in heaven. Loved that it was super dog friendly and really the place was so well thought out, I overpacked essentials but I know for next time I won't need to!

A great place to stay for a family. The hosts provided a portacot which was a really good one since usually the ones provided can be flimsy. The kitchen had everything we needed. Quiet street and car park in the driveway. Easy self-check in instructions and responsive to communications during stay. Heating very effective for colder days. Be aware of the unlocked glass cabinets with delicate items if you have little curious people, but there is plenty of space for them to play, including a small courtyard and short walk to a playground. 10 minutes to Walkerville shops and access to buses directly to the CBD. 20 minute drive to Tea Tree Plaza so great location overall.

Great home! I stayed there with my 2 greyhounds for 8 days while I was attending a hockey tournament. It was a great location - 15 mins drive to state hockey centre. Backyard was perfect for the dogs. Three great sized bedrooms inside and nice lounge room. Had everything I needed.

Beautiful stay. Very clean and well presented. Mix of modern and old. All amenities were great. Excellent having the two toilets. Would stay again.

Max and Bridget were lovely hosts, have a beautiful house and a very cute dog! We enjoyed the stay there, it was as mentioned a really nice farm stay, quite private too. They provided breakfast which had delicious strawberries and nice loaf of bread as well. Charleston is equidistant from both the wine regions and some lovely wineries close by too. We especially loved the electric blankets as it got chilly during the nights. Thanks for the stay. Definitely recommend it :)

This is a beautiful place to stay, we did not want to leave. The photos and description do not do this justice. Peter was quick to help when I got lost. Could not recommend highly enough. A step back to a wonderful cottage feel with up to date amenities. Great place to base our selves for family visiting. It is so good to have a place that is 5 stars that is pet friendly. We had such a wonderful coast side getaway at Victoria's property! From the moment we arrived, Victoria was so lovely and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The AirBnB itself was just perfect for our needs. The boys absolutely loved having the pool to splash around in, and the garden was a real highlight – it was so lovely and secure, our puppy absolutely thrived having the space to roam. We truly had a relaxing and enjoyable time here and are already hoping to book again in the summer. Highly recommend!

A lovely little granny flat at the back of a family home. Had everything I needed for a multi-day stay and some lovely homely touches too. Area is completely paved (bit tricky for toileting if travelling with a pet) but there's a park right across the road. thank you for a lovely stay

We chose this property based on its location, size and the fact it had a large pool for the kids – it did not disappoint on any of these. Location was great for us, albeit a little further out of the city but our priority was to be close to the beach and as it was only one block away, it was perfect. The property is about a 15min walk from Semaphore centre which has plenty of amenities, small supermarket, restaurants and shops and with Henley beach less than a 10 minute drive away, there are plenty of options. The property has lots of space, the four bedrooms were a good size. The living areas were substantial as were the outdoor areas. The property would benefit from some cosmetic work, some paint was peeling off in some areas but this did not detract in any way from our stay. We would certainly stay at this property again. Beautiful heritage house in a quiet town. The place is perfect for exploring the Barossa. It has all of the amenities you could need. Lovely space.

Amanda and her place was amazing! She is very welcoming and easy going. Her house is beautiful and had everything you would need. She supplied heaps of delicious food items and even had toys for the kids to play with. Her animals were also very friendly (donkey, sheep, dogs) and perfect for my young kids. Even though the weather was very wet she did everything she could to make our stay the best it could be 😀

We loved VineVale. The whole house was warm and welcoming. Large living areas, well stocked kitchen and pantry, fireplace and comfy couches. Pool area was like walking into a European villa, very peaceful. Outdoor bbq and fridge. Even the linens were colour coordinated by room. I hope we get to visit again - thanks Karen

A lovely quiet location well-situated for exploring the local area by car and bike

We had a winter getaway at Hannah’s property she manages in Eden Valley. The cottage was quaint and perfect for a couple getaway. The cottage is also dog friendly and great to visit with our cavoodle. The cottage was clean, tidy and had amenities needed for a comfortable stay. Backyard was big and the gardens beautifully maintained. The fire was perfect for enjoying in the lounge room. Wood was supplied however we did buy some kindling and fire lighters to get the fire going. Welcome gifts were provided on arrival which was a kind touch. Thanks Hannah for the stay.

Spotless and refined residence with all the modern facilities. Easily accommodated group of 6 for a great weekend away. Would highly recommend.

It was the perfect spot for our girls weekend away. What a delightful place, filled with warmth and cosiness. The kitchen had everything we needed and more, and the welcome bottle of wine was a lovely gesture! Thank you for a beautiful stay!!

A beautiful cottage, clean and tidy and beautiful views out the back. The animal visitors added extra charm and we loved how easy it was to walk to local cafes and shops. We would book again in a heartbeat!
