Gas hob, fridge with icebox, dishwasher, electric frypan, slow cooker, & drinking water filter. TV & Starlink WiFi. The loo is in the laundry accessed via semi enclosed porch. Very quiet location with a welcome to overseas and New Zealand visitors. Families welcome but parents are asked to remember that although the road has little traffic, the property is not fenced. We have the greatest sea views, plenty of land and pelagic birds to spot with many simple and more challenging walks available, very like New Zealand used to be.
