A lovely 5 min walk to Kendall's Beach, 30 sec walk to the Brooding Italian Cafe, Manning St Cellars and Top Shop Minimart. It has it's own solar system, water tanks collecting roof water with filters, hot water with an outdoor bath, a self composting toilet (not smelly) and a firepit.
