Apartment holiday rentals in The Glebe, Ottawa

The first thing I ask myself when giving a review is "would I stay here again?". Yes, I definitely would. Not only is it a great space in a fantastic location, the hosts (Adam and Lauren) communicated well and were super flexible with check-in and check-out. The apartment is an easy 25 minute walk to downtown and a 3 minute walk to several nearby restaurants in The Glebe. It's on a quiet residential street though, so we had relaxing days and peaceful nights. I would recommend Adam and Lauren's place to anyone visiting Ottawa!

This is a cute gem of a place. It is small but has everything you need. It's a very close walk to the beautiful trail along the Rideau Canal.

Conveniently located close to many amenities, this rental was an excellent home base for all that we had planned while in Ottawa. The space was clean, well appointed, and included everything we needed. The shower was tall enough for someone 6'6" to use comfortably. The front deck and BBQ were much appreciated bonus features. Rym was extemely responsive, friendly, and helpful.

Well located spot, close to a lot of things to do. Place was well kept, kitchen was well-equipped. As a heads up, the second flight of stairs to the entrance is very steep, which may be a problem for those with mobility issues. Stairs were clear and well-maintained though.

We loved everything about Natalie's home. My husband and I stayed there with our son and his girlfriend for 2 nights. It looks recently updated with a beautiful new kitchen, great appliances, really tasteful decor, a very contemporary shower, and spotless new furniture etc. Its very well equipped with thoughtful extras such as shower gel (though I do travel with my own) and lots of coffee pods. The house is bigger inside than we expected, and was very spacious for the 4 of us. The beds are super comfy and the area is really quiet and peaceful. We discovered an amazing cafe/bakery called Dao Cafe, just a short drive away with yummy croissants and cakes and excellent coffee, as well as lots of teas. Overall, we highly recommend Natalie's home if you prefer not to be in downtown Ottawa.

Brittany and her place were amazing! It was super clean and had everything you’d need for a stay away from home. An extra bonus was the free and easy street parking right out front! Would 100% recommend to anyone looking for a cozy home away from home :)

Joan communicated very well, answered quickly and the accommodations accurately described and quite nice. Apartment can get a little warm but we stayed during a heatwave to be fair. Would recommend!

Had such a lovely stay! I have to say that Michelle and Malcolm were such wonderful personable hosts who really went out of their way in kindness and generosity to make a very magical and memorable stay! I had the opportunity to be there for a friend gathering with live music in their backyard (they had told me about it before booking) and this was a very special experience for me. Joshua’s place was in pristine condition when we arrived. We enjoyed our stay as it was in a prime location which made our commute convenient and it made other amenities accessible for us. We will definitely be staying over the next time we visit.

Had the best stay in Ottawa! Amira was very kind and friendly and made us feel at home. Geo was always very responsive and gave great recommendations for restaurants and places to visit. It was the best airbnb I’ve ever stayed at with the most hospitable hosts. I would 100% recommend this to anyone and would book with them again for future visits!

Parliament is a 10-minute walk away. Everything is within walking distance. Nice little place to spend a few days visiting or for business.

Tracy went out of her way to make our stay as comfortable and convenient as possible. She had everything we needed in the kitchen and bathroom, and even left us a welcome gift of wine and chocolate. She responded in timely fashion to our questions, and gave us tips for shopping, museums and getting around the city. We were very pleased with the apartment, which was spacious, tastefully furnished and well-provisioned. It was a great experience! I highly recommend this host.

Although through the photos this home looks a little rustic it was actually SUPER COMFORTABLE! Beds were amazing and the couches were great

MY Mom, my two 15 years old tweens and me had a very very good experience at Michael and Alisha's home. the apartment was nice and pleasant, gave space and privacy to each of us during a long stay, and actually i thought it was much more beautiful than the pictures at the Airbnb app. the beds where extra extra comfortable. .many shops and restaurants at the area i also liked the nets in the windows that prevent mosquitos and such. the house would be suitable for long or short stays and it fit perfectly for staying with kids too (lovely toys and games). .I highly recommend, and thank our hosts.
