Thank you for a wonderful stay. The house was spotless, had everything we needed, and looked better than the pictures. Both the kids and adults enjoyed the amenities and we did not want to leave. I would highly recommend having your morning coffee on the back deck. The peaceful scenery, chirping birds, and morning sun is a great way to start your day.

Great stay, nicely renovated place. Quiet street, nice neighbourhood, kids biked to the park just down the street daily. pool was amazing, linens, pillows, beds super clean and comfy. Kitchen well equipped. Felt at home

This place was soo clean , and was so beautiful. The owners are also extremely nice people, made my stay comfortable and they were thoughtful 💗

La maison était très belle et l’environnement très tranquille. Tout est bien équipé et bien aménagé. La seule petite chose qui nous a un peu déplu était qu’il y avait des cheveux/poils dans un des lits à notre arrivée. La vaisselle aussi était parfois sale, mais je crois que c’est la responsabilité des anciens locataires. L’emplacement est super, près des commodités.

Our family complely enjoyed Erin's generously sized house. The indoor pool was one of the amenities that really drew us, and it didnt disappoint! Beautiful, warm, clean and the entire pool area was welcoming and comfortable. Besides that there are so many other activites; these are shown accurately in the photos. The adults enjoyed the pool table area very much in the evenings. Though we never got to using the home theatre, it was a very unique and appealing space. In general all was in good repair in this home. We loved the comfy beds and pristine linen. The kitchen was well thought out and very organized, with plenty of pots, dishes, glasses soap etc. This was a great locating to bring the family together. We would love to return again!

Dr. Brown was responsive and helpful from the minute I booked our stay. We were able to be together as a family, play pool and other activities with the home as well as get around to surrounding areas easily. It was quiet and nice to have enough bedrooms and bathrooms for all of us. Overall it was a wonderful stay and we were very thankful for that.

Our stay with Allan lived up to expectations. The decoration of the apartment was really beautiful and surprising. The apartment is large, well divided and clean. Allan is a very kind host, eager to make us feel welcome.

Patrick’s home was a perfect space for my family and I during a week long stay in Ottawa. It was in a quiet but great central location, right across from the experimental farm and close to anything we needed. The home itself was stunning, thoughtfully designed and perfect for a family to stay with everything we could need. I would absolutely recommend for anyone looking for a place to stay in the area and I would stay again in a heartbeat.

Choice location with plenty of space and a modern feel

This cabin was an absolute dream for our mothers' first visit to Canada! We were looking for something special, and this place exceeded all expectations. The location was ideal – a perfect blend of natural beauty and proximity to the city. What truly amazed us was how much more beautiful it was in person compared to the already great photos. The serene lake view, the perfectly stocked kitchen, and the immaculate cleanliness all contributed to an unforgettable stay. You can feel the warmth and care in every detail. The hosts were also fantastic, with quick and kind communication. They even helped us retrieve keys we'd accidentally left behind! We can't wait to return and highly recommend this incredible retreat.

Karen's place was great. The location is the perfect distance to downtown and the Parliament Building. Very easy access to the highway if you are traveling away from the city center.

Some places are just houses. Others hold space and pause. From the first moment we walked in, "The River Retreat" welcomed us like a warm hug. My siblings and I came here to honour the one-year anniversary of our mother’s passing, and it ended up being exactly what we needed. Peaceful, cozy, and full of thoughtful touches. Every room, view, and amenity gave us a chance to breathe, reflect, and spend quality family time together. We tried all the amenities, including the hot tub, canoe, kayaks, fire pit, and pool table. But our favourite pass time and location was definitely the home cooked meals around the round table overlooking the river. We left feeling full in every sense. Thank you Marlene and Morgan for being such fantastic hosts! We’ll absolutely be back.

We had a great stay at Lisa’s place. It fit the five of us comfortably with more than enough space. The neighborhood was quiet but still an easy walk to everything we needed. Whether you’re visiting for a weekend or a longer-term stay, it’s an excellent choice. Would absolutely book again!

Very responsive hosts, clean rooms that are fully equipped with anything you might need. It is worth mentioning that the level is completely separated from the 1st floor so guests have access to their private entrance, kitchen and everything else. Lovely house!

Jacob's place was exactly as described. Very good value. Beautiful quiet neighborhood. Spacious room, lots of natural light, very clean, very comfortable bed, lots of nice touches like tea, coffee, cereal, almond milk, etc. He was easy to communicate with. I would happily return to this listing in the future.
