Mansion holiday rentals in The Hamptons

A fenced-in slice of Hamptons heaven where both dogs and humans roamed free and happy. It’s basically a resort if your resort includes wagging tails, wine within walking distance, and a private mini movie theater for when socializing gets… exhausting. Days were spent by pool , nights were hot tub therapy. 10/10 would trade city stress for this fenced paradise again.

Beautiful home- everything appeared brand new and in excellent condition. Courtney was great to communicate with- and kind enough to let us check in a little bit early since the place was open. We are definitely hoping to come back again!

We loved our stay at Sarah’s home . It was the perfect end to the last week of summer . The pool and outside area/garden are lovely , lots of sunshine and a good amount of shade coverage due to beautiful trees in the afternoon. The bedrooms were great , lots of light , very comfortable beds good amount of closet space and a great set up all around . Sarah is a gracious host and has thought of every detail to make her guests stay enjoyable . Quick to respond and check in , and an absolute pleasure to work with . Thank you for a wonderful stay , look forward to returning soon .

Shazia’s home was absolutely perfect for our girls weekend! The home was clean, comfortable and spacious. The backyard was beautiful and private. We enjoyed hanging out on the deck by the pool and utilizing the fire pit. Shazia was gracious enough to extend the pool closing to the weekend after ours, so we could get one last float in before the chilly weather comes. Shazia’s communication was clear and effective right from the start. Any questions or concerns I had throughout the stay were answered promptly and enthusiastically. Upon arrival, the pool was dirty and the vacuum was broken. Shazia reached out to the pool company and they immediately popped over quick, and the pool was cleaned pristinely. The next day there was question if the pool heater was working, Shazia sent the pool company back over to double check the next day, which was incredibly kind. Shazia is super nice and cares a lot about her Water Mill home! I will definitely be staying here again! Thanks Shazia!!!

I felt Welcomed! The place was warm and beautiful. Clean and had everything and more in the kitchen!!! Extremely responsive and caring for all and any needs or requests I had. I highly recommend this place. Great location and very accommodating. Loved staying there!! I cannot express my gratitude enough!!

Very quiet and peaceful.

We were a family of 5 with adult children and we were very comfortable. Could have easily accommodated a couple of more people. Large living room upstairs and down stairs with bedrooms on both floors. It gave us a lot of options to spread out. Location was good and town was a short drive away.

This was the perfect weekend that my family and I were looking for. Chris is a great host; responsible, responsive, and super friendly. The cabin was absolutely beautiful and clean, with AC and amenities included that made our experience unique. The pool is incredible and everything was provided to have the best time. Honestly, I highly recommend this place for any family or friends looking to spend a quiet and relaxing weekend at this outstanding place. Definitely worth it and I cannot recommend this place enough!!!!

We loved our stay at Laura's house! It was easy to get in and the place was sparkling clean. The house was decorated very nicely and had everything we needed. We were able to cook our meals in the beautiful kitchen. It was 5 minutes away from groceries and gas, but also felt like you were away from everything. We got to buy fresh eggs from a little farm close by. It was easy to get around and explore other areas of the Hampton's.

This was an amazing house to stay in. Great location in the Hamptons and the host was lovely. Would definitely stay here again.

Yvonne's place is wonderful, we spent six days there on a family vacation to celebrate a graduation and it was a perfect spot for a crowd. The description and pictures are spot on (maybe even better) and the place is very well maintained. The weather was not great - so we landed up staying in more than we anticipated and this was a great spot for that. The kitchen is well stocked, having a barbecue really helped, and the large windows and skylights kept us connected to the outside. Yvonne was also highly responsive in case we needed anything. Highly recommend.

We loved staying at this home - it was the perfect place for our group of ten. The outdoor space was definitely the highlight, with the pool & spa being our favorite part of the trip. The only thing to note is that we weren’t supplied quite enough toilet paper or paper towels, though I did not reach out for more - It was the last evening when we ran out and we were leaving early the next morning. The trash requirements were a surprise after booking, but going to the transfer station was easy enough, and it is listed on the house rules. Overall, an excellent stay and would absolutely return!

Jaime’s home is lovely, very accurate from the description and photos. It comfortably fit our group- which was 6 adults and 2 kids, with the bedroom above the garage as a spare room. The kitchen is well equipped and the living room is comfortable. The location is great. You can walk to East Hampton town (about a mile). The house also sits down a long driveway and has a nice size yard which was great for kids. The house is kid friendly; except the banister on the staircase was missing on one side. So unless resolved, a bit dangerous for toddlers. It seemed like a temporary problem, but worth asking if you have small children. Overall we had a great holiday here! We would come back.

Wonderful house. Much better than the pictures. Everything in perfect working condition. Amazing pool, hot tub and dry sauna. The house is well equipped with plenty of silverware and beach chairs/umbrellas that you can borrow. Adriana was always responsive to questions. Overall great stay and would definitely rent again

Stayed with my husband and baby. House had everything we needed and more. Very clean. Pool was great with comfortable chairs. He let us check in early which was very helpful with a baby. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay!

We had a wonderful stay at Virginia’s place. It was conveniently located and comfortable. The living room was great for a small group, the outside poolside patio was private and quiet. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen well appointed. We had a very nice time there.

My family and I had the most amazing time celebrating two birthdays as well as New Year’s. The pictures do not do this house justice. This house was so amazing for our family of nine. The beds were so comfortable, the rooms were very spacious, the two sunroom rooms were perfect (my family would hang out in the tiny sunroom with the bar in it every single morning. It was everyone’s favorite room.). One thing that was the best bonus was the built-in speaker system throughout the house on the main level. My brother-in-law is a DJ and knew how to use the system, which was amazing because we would have dance parties. The only thing I would ask Constantine to do is to possibly give instructions on how to use it because it is a definite bonus. We even had a bonfire one night as well as a BBQ. Even though we came during winter this place was perfect.
