The living area has an entrance on the ground floor, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area and a sitting area overlooking the cow pasture. In addition, there are two separate terraces in the private garden. On the upper floor is the bathroom and the very large bedroom with "walk-in closet".

On the Bosscheweg, right across from Hotel v.d Valk, is our house surrounded by trees and water features. In the garden, the work studio of the former resident has been transformed into a lovely guest house. Architecture according to the Bosscheschool. The house is located right across from the Loonse Duinen National Park on a dead-end road, you only have to cross and you are on the hiking trails of the dunes as well as the mountain bike routes. Just 10 minutes away by bike is the amusement park De Efteling. Beekse Bergen Beach Park/Safari Park is 16 km away. De Biesbosch National Park is 50 km away.
