I highly recommend it! Very cozy house! Everything is very clean and well cared for, you can see that the house is well cared for. There is a beach at the end of the street that is practically private, the place is very quiet, there is a town nearby (Monte Alto) where there are markets, a bakery, shops, to buy everything you need. Great experience! I highly recommend it, and I can't wait to visit again.

excellent, tv in eaxh room and living room big tv. the only think that will make outstanding is if pool will be heeated, since we pay electricity its ok. everything very good

Great location, close to all the best beaches. Beautiful house. The upstairs rooms are more comfortable, the bottom room has access via stairs. The electric shower of the lower bedroom was broken but was promptly repaired (resistance change). A Rute that served us is a special and talented person, it was a pleasure to live with her and try her recipes, including a delicious moqueca! I think the space is worth it but do not wait for super luxury, but rather a clean and functional house with an extraordinary view.

What can I tell you about our days in Arraial do Cabo at Chi Fai's place? Everything was magnificent, the building's amenities, the kitchen equipment, the cleanliness, the warmth, and the incredible location in front of Praia Grande, along with the host's attention, make it undoubtedly the best experience I've had on a vacation... We had an excellent stay! The apartment is great, spacious, well equipped in the kitchen and everything was clean. "The view is incredible!!!!! The only point was the flushing of the bathroom from the suite, which was not working well, but as there is a social bathroom, it didn't bring us any discomfort. Communication with Heitor was easy and quick — I had to change the date urgently and he was very helpful. Adriano, who received us, was also super friendly. Without a doubt, if I return to Arraial, I want to stay there again!

The house and setting are more breathtaking than the photos allow to show. I've been to Buzios several times and this was definitely the best choice.

The accommodation is amazing, with an excellent location, just a few minutes from the center, and with easy access to the Azeda, Azedinha and João Fernandes beaches. The sunset seen from the accommodation is simply spectacular. We highly recommend it! It's really worth it. The host was super receptive and attentive, as well as all the staff, who were very polite and helpful!

We had a wonderful time in Buzios at this house. The views are out of this world. Gonzalo was incredibly helpful, super flexible and it was an absolute pleasure to stay there. We will be back.

Wow. What a great place to stay. The view from the balcony is hard to beat. So beautiful. We witnessed whales jumping out of the water multiple times during our 5 night stay. The apartment itself is well appointed. The bathrooms are clean and nice. The kitchen is well appointed. The pristine beach is a short walk away. The hosts are helpful and attentive. I have nothing bad to say about our stay. It was relaxing and enjoyable through and through. Thank you Mirtes!

Beautiful view and everything very clean and organized, it's super worth it!!

The wonderful place, identical to the photos in the ad, everything very tidy and clean, the only issue we had was when we arrived that the air controls had no battery and just above the apartment they were doing construction work. You have to consider that the place is far from the center of Buzios, so if you don't go by car, Uber trips (which do arrive at the Airbnb) are more than 25 minutes. But everything else was wonderful, the place had a small market with basic things in case you were missing something. I'd be happy to come back

My family and I spent 8 days there. The view was incredible. We did lots of walks and stayed outside just admiring the surrounding! The hots were amazing and responded almost immediately! We definitely recommend this place!
