At the Tides: you will enjoy this cozy, beautiful, specious apartment with full kitchen just like at home; situated directly on the beach with beautiful ocean and pool view from the large balcony. The property is across from 7eleven, bakery , restaurants just a short walk. Situated between Fort Lauderdale and Miami airport, close to Aventura mall,Golf stream, Hard Rock hotel and Casino,You’ll love my place because It's directly on the beach, with lots of restaurants and bars on the boardwalk.

A sliding glass door provides a clear view of the sea and coastal landscape. A small balcony features a chair overlooking the water. Light reflects softly from the water's surface, while palm trees are visible in the distance.

SPECTACULAR VIEW

Unit facing the sea in the 10 floor. Condo is just feet from the sand in one of the best locations in South Florida and close to everything. Full kitchen, 2 QUEEN beds in the bed and 1 sofa bed in the living room. The unit has a capacity of 4 people, with one more allowed if under 14 years old. Close to a wallmart, CVS, restaurants, and the boardwalk. Also close to Aventura Mall (8 min). Other information: Parking- 1 to 7 days=$100 (8 to 14=125) FOB=$30 (1 for each 2 person from 15 year old)

Relaxed and Modern Oceanfront - The Tides Tower

You'll have a great time at this comfortable and new place to stay. You will have a unique view of the ocean, pool and garden with palm trees. A very modern and relaxed living room overlooking the ocean. In the room you will find 2 queen beds, very comfortable, with soft pillows, and a screen to watch your favorite series. If you like modern kitchens, this is the place for you, with everything you need to spend a stay at home. If you need parking 🚘 it is paid in the condominium.

THE TIDES, vacation apartment on the beach!

This 840 sq. ft. unit has 1 bedroom, 1 full bath and is located on a 3rd floor. The apartment also has a big living room, dining room, a full kitchen (with all appliances) and a very nice balcony with partial ocean view. Perfect to accommodate up to 5 people (4 adults max.), there are 2 queen size bed in the bedroom and a double sofa-bed in the living room; a crib and an air mattress are available, if needed. There is also plenty of room in a walk-in closet for luggage and more.
