This space within the coffee plantation estate was my ‘go to place’ to unwind.. It has 2 rooms with a terrace and pool just steps away.. the space has everything I could imagine to have a blend of relaxation, outdoors or a chilled get together.. it has vintage wooden speakers, a fully fitted BBQ grill and more. For work or play, the whole place is yours to enjoy. I wish that you unwind, stargaze, and create lasting memories.. Caretaker Babu will ensure good home made food.. have a good time 😎

The meals were delicious, home-style, and thoughtfully prepared with fresh local ingredients. Every dish—from breakfast to dinner—was a treat. I had a wonderful stay at alpinia with my parents, brother and extended family. rupali was super responsive and yogita was constantly in touch throughout the stay. the villa itself is quite exquisite with old antique furniture which you had hardly get to see or use anymore. the local caretakers were responsive and helped us with all our queries. highly recommended if you want a quiet place slightly away from the hustle and bustle and still feel connected.

One of the best bnb I have stayed at, it is exactly as it looks in the photos, peaceful, quite you can get an amazing mountain and lush green view from your bed, it has all the required amenities and more, pool is amazing and clean, Alan is a super host, he made sure our stay was comforting and great, he is really responsive, always ready to help in any way, his fooding recommendations are spot on, I highly suggest to consider this place if you are planning to visit wayanad, also its just 5 minutes from sulthan bathery, you can always swiggy if you dont want the hassle of going out, all in all its a 10 on 10 both host and property.

We had a great stay at the Villa. The house was beautiful and as described. It's in a quiet isolated area with beautiful surroundings. The rooms were clean and spacious. Agni and the other property staff were really helpful and made sure we were taken care of. They were very accommodating allowing us to check in early. Food was tasty and at a reasonable price. Due to the secluded nature of the location, some bugs do get into the rooms. The travel provided was also expensive. Overall a great experience which I would recommend trying for a relaxing, peaceful and unique stay!
