5 Stars – A Slice of Paradise in Knysna! We had the most incredible stay at this beautiful home in Knysna. From the moment we arrived, we felt so welcomed — the hosts greeted us warmly and had thoughtfully left snacks, a bottle of wine, and even a delicious cake for us to enjoy. Such a special touch that set the tone for the rest of our stay. The house itself is stunning — spotless, beautifully decorated, and perfectly equipped with everything we needed. The peaceful location made it the perfect place to unwind. We loved spending time on the patio, soaking in the scenery, and enjoying relaxed evenings by the fire. The location is ideal too — just a short drive from town, yet far enough to feel like a private retreat. This place truly felt like a home away from home, and we can’t wait to return. Thank you for an unforgettable stay!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home in Knysna, perfectly located right by the beach. Our private room was quiet, comfortable, and thoughtfully separated from the main house, offering plenty of privacy. The surrounding area was peaceful, safe, and ideal for a relaxing getaway. While there aren’t many shops or restaurants within walking distance, it’s a short 10 minute drive to Thesen Island, where we enjoyed some lovely dinner and drinks. Leisure Island itself offers stunning views of Knysna and is a perfect place to unwind. Highly recommended for a peaceful coastal escape!

What a gem of a place! Waking up to that stunning view and being just a stone’s throw from the lagoon was such a treat. It’s the perfect spot for families with young kids. The house was spacious, spotless, and well-equipped—with a cozy fireplace that made chilly nights extra special. The swimming pool and bikes were a great bonus. Tori was an absolute pleasure to deal with. We’d come back in a heartbeat.

Beautiful. The view from the deck was just breathtaking. the ( pool) snooker table and table tennis was a winner. Swimming pool stunning is stunning. It was just too cold for swimming. The bookshelf is amazing. Much to choose from

The view from the house is absolutely stunning, and the location is brilliant. Morné responded very quickly whenever needed and was super friendly. Overall we really enjoyed our stay.

We were met at the home on arrival by Gail.Very friendly.Walked us through the home and explained the functioning of the home.Kept in contact with Gail via texting-she reponded promptly.Fantastic views from the upstairs bedrooms and balconies.Very private and peaceful.Home is in a gated communty so very safe.Short walk or drive into town.Laundry was a bonus.Would definitely recommend.

We had a fabulous stay at The Cliff House. Dirk was easy to communicate with, met us on arrival and showed us how everything worked. The house itself has incredible views and very well equipped with everything you need to make yourself at home. The jacuzzi overlooking the ocean, the fireplace and being able to spot whales from the balcony were all special moments for our family. The house is in a very safe area with the supermarket and centre of town an easy 10min drive away and it was a great place to base ourselves from whilst doing day trips to other parts of the garden route. The daily cleaning service meant we could fully relax and enjoy our surroundings. Thank you Dirk, it was a pleasure to stay at this wonderful property.

Really the combination of Celestes' amazing hosting, communication and help and her stunning cottage would be hard to beat anywhere. Colette's Airbnb was divine! The place is truly breathtaking, the pictures are accurate and the space is thoughtfully put together with everything you could possibly need. She is highly responsive checking in with you to see if there is anything you need to elevate your experience. The Airbnb is nestled in a peaceful nature reserve overlooking the Knysna estuary. It is located out of the hustle and bustle of town, with Knysna's hotspots just a stone throw away for your convenience. Colette went above and beyond host duties, offering trips to town when she was heading out, showing me lovely places to visit and sending exclusive restaurant offers of the day! She is a joy, and I would recommend her place to anyone looking to relax, unplug and reset. Colette's Lovely Airbnb is the only choice to make. I look forward to booking it in the summer and any other time I happen to be in Knysna.

Great host, he gave me local recommendations and places to try even on drive over, and welcomed me in person which was much appreciated after a long journey. The apartment was very comfortable, private with secure parking. Good WiFi. My only negative is that I wish I’d stayed longer ! Highly recommended

We had a lovely weekend at Gael’s place. It is in the most beautiful and peaceful area. The cottage was spotless with all the amenities one could possibly need. We were made to feel right at home and our hosts were lovely and accommodating. We will definitely be back in the future!

Dawn is an excelent host. The communication is great and she also recommended us various attractions nearby. The house we stayed played a huge part on our trip to Knysna being so great. It's beautiful, tidy, cozy, safe. We also liked the location: close to a grocery store and only a few-minutes drive to the Waterfront and the Heads. And there's nothing better than starting the day having breakfast at the balcony looking at the lagoon.

Blown away by how beautiful and spacious the place was. The interiors were tastefully decorated, with every detail thoughtfully designed to create a warm and inviting atmosphere The kitchen was fully equipped with modern appliances.The living area was incredibly spacious, allowing for both relaxation and socializing. Each room was comfortable and beautifully furnished, providing a perfect retreat after a day of exploring Knysna. What really made this experience stand out was our host. Nadia was incredibly friendly and responsive. If you're looking for a perfect getaway, look no further! This place is 150% perfect, and I can't recommend it highly enough. I can’t wait to come back.

Comfortable and peaceful accommodation situated with a stunning view of the Knysna estuary. Beautiful garden with a boma area and a pool. Spacious bedrooms and bathrooms with super comfy beds.

Our stay was wonderful. The place was nice. The premise is located close to the CBD and can easily walk to most places. Bonnie also was of great help in giving us tips on where to go for what activities. Would definitely stay therr again.

Lovely unit, very well and considerately stocked with milk, tea, coffee, etc. Comfiest couch ever! Highly recommended.
