The house is located in the area of Kalamaria (20 minutes from the center by bus). It's on the ground floor and has a quiet courtyard overlooking an open space. There is a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom with a washing machine, a large living room and two spacious bedrooms. It can comfortably accommodate 4 people (one double bed and 2 single beds). The apartment building is small and I live two floors up for anything you need.

The apartment has a living room, one bedroom, dining room, kitchenette and bathroom, a total of 35 sq.m. In the living room the sofa converts into a bed with a sleeping area of 1.40m. There is a washing machine (detergent and fabric softener), microwave, necessary kitchen utensils, smart TV, electric stove, toaster, coffee bags, tea and biscuits, salt, pepper, oil, disposable slippers. There is a key box for guest reception.
