Lodge 40 is a beautifully appointed holiday home situated on the edge of a quiet holiday park. You will enjoy a lot of privacy thanks to the ideal location of the park. There is a marina, a small beach, a restaurant and a supermarket nearby. an outdoor playground 1km away. We have a small infrared sauna available for free. Group of friends - fixed fee of 50eur. If the reception is closed for linen rental, you can ask at the restaurant.

The chalet features free WiFi and private parking. Within walking distance is the city center of Sint- Annaland with a large Jumbo supermarket, various restaurants and the possibility to rent e-bikes or a nice cruise with a Frisia tour boat.

It is suitable for couples, elderly and families with young children. In addition, we also rent Reefhouse 47, which is smaller.

Through private entrance a living room/ kitchen (combi oven, dishwasher, hob and fridge) and toilet. The (narrow)spiral staircase leads to the loft with a double bed and a children's room (limited headroom). Shower with washer and drier.
