Romanshorn with its inviting cafés by the lake & the seaside resort can be reached by bike in 5 minutes. 2 bikes are available free of charge. 2 e-bikes can be rented. Our garden with barbecue, seating area and 2 sun loungers is available to you for the end of the evening.

The apartment is located in a small, quiet village with a view of the Säntis mountain. Two farmers with their own farm shops selling veal, ostrich meat, eggs, milk, and much more live in the immediate vicinity. The nearest shopping facilities are in the next village.The bus stop is right in front of the house, and the train station is about 1.5 km away.

Sit back and relax in this quiet, stylish penthouse. We built our house at the foot of the "Nollen" in 2006, together with the family in three years. In the attic, the cozy furnished apartment is located on 2 levels. In Hosenruck there is a bakery with a restaurant and on our local mountain, the "Nollen" there is a restaurant/hotel. One kilometer away is the village shop, among other things, with fresh products from the region.

The Rhine Falls (Europe's largest waterfall) is 25 minutes away by car.

Ideal for hiking in the beautiful Töss Valley or simply relaxing walks in the surrounding area. Access to the apartment by stairs (no elevator). It is a more than 300-year-old house. Therefore, the apartment only has a ceiling height of about 190 cm. Easily accessible by bus or car.
