The cozy studio near the lake has a kitchen and shower/toilet. A sunny seating area is available. Sun-seekers can relax in the garden. The jump into the lake is possible in 5 minutes. The famous seaside resort and mini golf can be reached on foot in 10-15 minutes. Shopping is just around the corner. The bus to the train station and harbor is only 3 minutes away. Excursions by train/boat and the rental of bicycles are possible there. 1 parking space is available.

The largest of our three apartments can accommodate eight people and impresses with their modern, individual equipment on 135 sqm. The large sunny southwest balcony is perfect for enjoying the sun. Northeast, the smaller balcony invites you to have breakfast in the morning sun and a shaded break during the day. A third balcony is facing east. In 5 minutes you can walk to the lake and the picturesque town center. Constance is only a few minutes away by car.

Willkommen im kleinen, feinen Studio mit Blick auf den See und in den wildromantischen Garten, wenige Schritte vom Bodenseeufer mit seinen einladenden Badeplätzen liegend. Im gleichen Haus befindet sich ein Blumenladen mit Café, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Strandbad, Bahnhof und Hafen sind in ein paar Gehminuten zu erreichen und der Seeradweg führt am Haus vorbei. Um die traumhafte Gegend zu erkunden stehen zwei Fahrräder zur Verfügung.
