This modern studio apartment is located close to the lake (3 min.) and offers a clean and earthy design. The fully equipped kitchen, the separate bathroom with a walk-in shower and the cozy living-room/dining area as well as the comfy double bed are inviting you to fully relax and enjoy yourself. Ermatingen is a picturesque fisher village with beautiful walking routes, a few restaurants and the bike-road directly in front of the house. We offer secure parking in our garage for 1 car.

The stylish old town apartment with gallery is located in the top floor of a half-timbered house, in close proximity to the water. A spicy mix of nostalgia & modern, an oasis of well-being whose ancient beams know how to tell you some stories. Large, light-flooded living room with chicken ladder, which leads up to the former haystack, today a pleasant sleeping gallery. With a modern chic kitchen, a dining table with fantastic lake view & hanging armchairs overlooking the old town.

Pure relaxation directly on the lake. The Mediterranean environment promises relaxation and recuperation in a special place right by the Untersee The spacious 2 1/2-room garden apartment (78m2) can accommodate up to 4 people. One double bedroom and 2 single beds in the living room. Bicycles can be parked in a closed room. The in-house stand up paddle is available to be used. Spend cozy evenings right by the lake and forget about time Enjoy the versatile submarine region!

Simple but cozy to relax

The cozy studio near the lake has a kitchen and shower/toilet. A sunny seating area is available. Sun-seekers can relax in the garden. The jump into the lake is possible in 5 minutes. The famous seaside resort and mini golf can be reached on foot in 10-15 minutes. Shopping is just around the corner. The bus to the train station and harbor is only 3 minutes away. Excursions by train/boat and the rental of bicycles are possible there. 1 parking space is available.

Thanks to the central location, you can reach the city center in a few minutes and in about 15 minutes you are at beautiful Lake Constance. The apartment is bright and comfortably furnished with a modern shower and kitchen so that nothing stands in the way of your relaxation. 312: Space for everyone - spacious, bright and modern

The largest of our three apartments can accommodate eight people and impresses with their modern, individual equipment on 135 sqm. The large sunny southwest balcony is perfect for enjoying the sun. Northeast, the smaller balcony invites you to have breakfast in the morning sun and a shaded break during the day. A third balcony is facing east. In 5 minutes you can walk to the lake and the picturesque town center. Constance is only a few minutes away by car.

Living right on Lake Constance | Apartment 3

You can't get any closer to the lake. Directly at the port of Altnau, we rent our residential units on a weekly or long-term basis. Relaxation is guaranteed in this historic building, which was completely renovated in 2023 and is right on the waterfront with various leisure activities in the immediate vicinity. Apartment 3 is ideal for 2 guests. In addition, 2 more people can be placed on the sofa bed. The apartment faces north with a view of the lake.

Studio am See

Willkommen im kleinen, feinen Studio mit Blick auf den See und in den wildromantischen Garten, wenige Schritte vom Bodenseeufer mit seinen einladenden Badeplätzen liegend. Im gleichen Haus befindet sich ein Blumenladen mit Café, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Strandbad, Bahnhof und Hafen sind in ein paar Gehminuten zu erreichen und der Seeradweg führt am Haus vorbei. Um die traumhafte Gegend zu erkunden stehen zwei Fahrräder zur Verfügung.

The lake is in the immediate vicinity, its natural shore is a 2-minute walk away and invites you to swim. The romantic medieval town of Stein am Rhein can be reached on foot via an idyllic path along the lake. In the winter months, underfloor heating provides cozy warmth and atmosphere.

Attic studio with 180° lake view & direct lake access

We lovingly renovated our house from 1608. At the top of the roof, the studio boasts amazing views. The garden with fireplace can also be used. Sports equipment such as sup are also included. A motorboat and our private sauna can be used at a fee. Are you looking for the tranquility and idyll of Lake Constance and appreciate the many activities around the lake?
