Jede Wohnung ist abschliessbar u. hat wunderschöne, zum Garten ausgerichtete Dachterrassen. Sie werden sich in diesem historischen Gebäude sehr wohl fühlen.

The core of the house is a 70 sqm dining/living room with huge windows, long dining table and fireplace. There are two large terraces, from the upper one you have a view far over the lake. The house was deliberately designed for social days in a larger circle. For the children, there are many books, toys, and a play floor.

You'll get a house in a prime residential area right on the edge of the forest. Everything was renovated and lovingly refurnished in 2023. Parking is in front of the house. The house sleeps up to 10 people. You use our partly covered terrace, the fireplace and a grill, because what would a visit to Thuringia be without the "best bratwurst in the world"? The city center is a 10 minutes walk away and a nice playground not far in the forest, at the "Berggarten" excursion center
