The vacation home has 160 square meters of living space and 5 bedrooms for 10 plus 2 people. It is located in the middle of the Leipzig Neuseenland on Lake Hain 20 km south of Leipzig. The core of the house is a 70 square meter dining/living room with huge windows, a long dining table and a fireplace. There are two large terraces, from the upper one you have a view far over the lake. The house was deliberately designed for sociable days in a larger group. For the children there are many books, toys and a playground.

Holiday Home - right in the middle of Germany

Our house is located in a prime residential area and next to the forest. Everything was renovated and lovingly refurnished in 2023. Parking is available in front of the house. The house sleeps up to 10 people. With the house comes a partly covered terrace and a barbecue. Thüringen is famous for its "best bratwurst in the world" and we want you to enjoy to the max. The City center is a 10 min. walk away and restaurant "Berggarten" in the forest with a nice playground about 20 min.

Meine Unterkunft ist in der Nähe von weitläufigen Waldwanderrouten in der hessischen Schweiz, Wohlfühlrestaurant Leib & Seele, Freizeitseen, Thermalbad. Die Unterkunft ist eine Oase der Ruhe mit Gärten und Fass-Sauna. Liebevoll und individuell gestaltete Zimmer. Großzügige Gemeinschaftsräume und Balkone mit Weitblick auf Täler und Waldhügel. Meine Unterkunft ist gut für Paare, allein-reisende Abenteurer, Geschäftsreisende, Familien mit Kindern und Gruppen (12 - 14 Personen).
