The vacation home has 160 square meters of living space and 5 bedrooms for 10 plus 2 people. It is located in the middle of the Leipzig Neuseenland on Lake Hain 20 km south of Leipzig. The core of the house is a 70 square meter dining/living room with huge windows, a long dining table and a fireplace. There are two large terraces, from the upper one you have a view far over the lake. The house was deliberately designed for sociable days in a larger group. For the children there are many books, toys and a playground.

Gemünden Castle is a former castle from the 13th century, which was converted for residential purposes during the Baroque period. The manor house offers 6 spacious bedrooms with space for up to 6 families and groups up to 12 adults up to 12 adults. 16 people can be accommodated in 5 double beds and on good mattresses. Our beautiful official house is the former residence of the Duke of Oldenburg and is located in the back part of our estate, surrounded by greenery overlooking fields and meadows. The rooms are spacious and tastefully designed and even with many people you can always find your own retreat to breathe. A huge, private garden with terrace and garden furniture awaits you, adjacent to it is our horse meadow.
