Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Thurston County

I had an amazing weekend stay at this beautiful lakefront property! The cozy vibe and tasteful decor made it feel like a true getaway. One of the highlights was the spacious deck overlooking the lake, it was the perfect spot to relax with a cup of coffee in the morning while taking in the peaceful views. We especially enjoyed the fire pit in the evenings, roasting marshmallows and unwinding under the stars. The private deck by the water was another favorite, great for lounging during the day and even better for fishing right off the dock. It was such a treat to enjoy quiet moments by the water throughout the day. Grant was a fantastic host, super responsive and helpful, which made everything easy and stress-free. I'd definitely recommend this spot to anyone looking for a peaceful and scenic escape. Would love to come back!

I had an absolutely wonderful stay! The unit was a lot bigger than expected in a very quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Immaculately clean and had everything I needed. The location was a short drive away from many restaurants and things to do. I’m looking forward to my next vacation and stay!

This is a lovely location and it was a really unique experience to stay in an A-Frame house. We liked that there are a few quirky touches without going overboard. The natural light and views are amazing, but do bring eye masks if you are a sensitive sleeper. We

Cute place in a great location. It had all that we needed as well. Host was responsive to our questions. Overall, great place to stay if you want to be close to a city and also have plenty of outdoor stuff to do.

I can't say enough good things about Meri and this little home. The house is exactly as described and perfect for a private, peaceful stay, and pet friendly! Everything you could possibly need is there. It was truly our home while we waited for housing on post. and Meri.. there's not enough nice things to say about her either. Always responsive, always friendly and so caring towards her guests. This place is above and beyond any expectation I had about staying somewhere that wasn't mine for over 2 months!

We loved our stay here! The house was so cute, and welcoming. It was clean, quiet and comfortable. There was a pack and play, and two high chairs which were really nice to have. We’re currently living in southern Idaho and our son LOVED being around all the green, the yard was beautiful and the drive to the house was equally gorgeous. Ashlee was very helpful and communicated with us, and replied quickly! Definitely recommend!

If you are looking for a quiet and peaceful setting, I recommend this Airbnb. The setting was so beautiful. I took many photos. The place was very clean and very comfortable. The owners are super nice people too. If we come over again and need a place to stay, we will definitely book it again!

This place is beautiful! Very clean and cozy, in a peaceful wooded area. Rosemary is a great host who made sure we were taken care of.

The stay at Joes was great. It’s quite the hike up the driveway since we cannot park down in the bottom but totally doable especially because he allows you to unpack at the bottom! We just happened to be there for a softball tournament so we had lots of gear to pack in and out. The ONLY thing I’d ask for is to put a mirror in each room, due to having only 1 bathroom and the mirrors available only in one room and not all 3 was a little difficult for the women in the house but we made it work. It was nice, quiet, clean and exactly what we needed for the weekend!

Quaint studio apartment with Gorgeous Location! Super clean, very quiet, nicely equipped kitchen, great parking very safe! Also the weather was hot outside but inside it was cool and comfortable! Nice areas to walk and close to restaurants, parks and shopping! Awesome communication with the Host!! I will be back!! I highly recommend this lovely studio apartment!!

Our family loved staying here! Bonnie was very friendly, and the surroundings are beautiful. My kids loved running around, looking at the cows, and petting the sweet dogs hanging around the barn. A couple caveats: 1) The place is a bit rustic, as I think the listing shows. It's not as squeaky-clean as one might expect to find in, for example, an upscale hotel room. But then, it's an apartment built into a barn, so no big surprise there. 2) Young children (especially busy ones like ours) may require close supervision. There were some hazards, like a few power saws in the open barn that were plugged in and easily within reach of inquisitive children. There is a drop at the top of the stairs basically all the way to the floor below with a rail high enough for a toddler to easily run under. The staircase itself is very steep, which could also be an issue for elderly or disabled guests. With those considerations in mind, this is a great place for a country getaway!

Our stay was amazing! Everything we needed was provided. The view was awesome and had a big relaxing lakeside view with chairs. Firepit provided to make s’mores and hang out by the lake under the stars. Would stay again! 10/10

This was my second time at the Woodsy Retreat and it was wonderful, again. Enjoyed a hike through the State Forest, the hot tub, and all the goodies and snacks! Perfect place to relax and get away from it all!

I appreciated how friendly Beth is and I’m so grateful they have an Airbnb. The space had gorgeous views of the sound kitchen two bedrooms full bath. It was on a nice sized property felt very private and safe. Beth was great at communicating and helping us know how to get in and how to check out. Anderson Island is a beautiful place with kind residents. We highly recommend Beth’s place at Anderson Island!

Wow! The photos were gorgeous but when you step inside, this place is spectacular. It was hard to decide where to relax…..in front of the huge statement fireplace in the coziest of chairs……in the loft with games and tv……around the fire pit outside with cool lighting and blooming plants all around…..or maybe if you love to mess around in a kitchen, you opt for the amazing cooking space equipped with everything you could want. We managed to enjoy it all. You will too! We used this fabulous home as a base camp for exploring Mt. Rainier and Mt. St. Helens. Next time we will bring bikes and take advantage of the great bike trail system located a stone’s throw from the front door. Finally, thanks to Chris and Ben for welcoming dogs with a self-filling water bowl! We loved it here.

What a beautiful location and immaculate in and out. Never had been to the area and we definitely will be back.

Great place, amazing views, Matt was great and proactive as the internet company planned to shut down the WiFi for a few hours and we were aware 20+ hours prior. Neighbor has dementia but is a very friendly guy who may mistake you as the owner but non the less easy going neighbor.

This place has beautiful surroundings and a stunning view. My family and I had a blast.

I feel it’s really difficult to describe in words the feeling of this place - everything was PERFECT. So perfectly thought of, there is not a single thing Carrie hasn’t thought of - the place has everything you need (and more)! I didn’t feel like leaving the place, the view is beyond words. To top that, every inch of this place is filled with quality stuff starting from the throws, the sofas, the recliners, the coffee (even the ultra soft charmin tp! I have hardly found Bnbs which have so thoughtfully prioritized even the smallest of things). Huge fan of the decor, the hot tub and the swing! Plus, loved that Carrie was our host - she was super responsive, proactive, helpful, friendly and communicative. We were a bit hesitant about the grill and she sent over someone in 30 mins to take a look just for our satisfaction. We hated to leave the place, and I wished we could extend so she also did a late checkout for us. It’s soo worth it! Thank you so much for a wonderful vacation!!

Abbi’s cabin is a great place to stay. All amenities offered, along with all the extras, were appreciated. The chickens on the property provided great entertainment. We felt very relaxed during our stay. We would definately stay again if we ever are back in the Tacoma area.

Wonderful place, has to be the best one on the lake, unobstructed view of the lake and no zero houses on the opposite side, you literally looking at the forest after the lake ends from the patio. Great fishing spot too, we caught lots of trout and sunfish. Respectful neighbors around, was very quiet during our stay there. We’ve had an extremely relaxing time! Billie is a great host! It was definitely one of our top stays of all time!

my partner and i took a trip for valentine’s day weekend and this was a such perfect place to allow us to explore olympia while coming back and being able to enjoy the hot tub and wood stove in the evening! we had a blast!
