Parking at the main house and then a short walk downhill, then a level rocky trail to the cabin, which is located at a stream and waterfalls. There is a composting toilet, electricity and water. Wifi at main house, on deck, 5 mins walk. Wood burner in cabin, and propane stove in outside kitchen. A stand pipe (potable) or water from nearby stream (non-potable). There is a deck overlooking the stream with a picnic table.

Porcupine A- Frame Studio

This A Frame is a one bedroom with private entry. It is attached to the main house, which can also be rented during the fall and winter months. During the summer the beach area is shared with the other 2 cabins on the property. The space has its own thermostat for heat and an air conditioner available as well for a the summer months. In addition, the property has A smart TV, DVD player and a selection of moves. Property recently renovated to include a full kitchen with a mini refrigerator.

Summer View Lake House

One of a kind year round lake house in the most peaceful setting on all of Lake George! Paddle-board around the protected bay, rent a boat and go out on Lake George's peaceful north end and return to your own dock space, sip coffee during the sunrise on the screened porch and head over to your private beach with views of rogers rock for the sunset!

Quaint 1-bedroom cottage on Blue Ledge Farm

This cozy cottage is on Blue Ledge Farm- a working goat dairy. It is a one-bedroom with a double fold-out futon in living room to potentially fit 4 guests. It is within 15 minutes of both Brandon and Middlebury, 1 hour south of Burlington. Pets are allowed, on leash. It can possibly include a farm and cheese tasting for an extra $20 per person (contact host in advance). It is the perfect place if you're an animal or cheese lover looking for a rustic and relaxing stay on a beautiful farm.

The bathroom has a large walk-in shower and a private entrance with on-site parking. We are not far away from all the fun in Lake Placid/ Lake George or a day trip into Vermont. 3 bedroom mill house located near downtown Ticonderoga with views of La Chute river. Lots of indoor and outdoor space; large loft space and a wrap-around porch that spans the entire length of the home. Walking distance to the Star Trek Original Series Set Tour. A five minute drive to Lake George and Lake Champlain boat launches as well as the Tiroga Beach. It's a unique and welcoming home that has a lot to offer no matter the season.
