The apartment is very well equipped and is very suitable for a long-term stay. It was clean and felt cosy. I would definitely stay there again. The gym had the equipment exactly as shown in the pictures. They close some time in the evening for the night (22 or 23), so just make sure to double check this from reception before, if needed. The laundry room is open 24h and is well equipped. You either need Argentina phone number for the mobile app or tokens. I used SMS Virtual app to fake the phone number. The host was very responsive and answered quickly, even though he was not in the country and couldn't assist directly. The area is well guarded and secure. I recommend.

Graciela's space was our home for over a month. Pros: - EXTREMELY walkable neighborhood. High density of world class food and coffee shops within 5-10 minutes walk from your front door. - Amenities. On the 10th floor (terrace) there's a heated pool with city view, sauna, steam room, social room/grill, sundeck. It almost feels like you're at a 4-5 star hotel. The gym could use more weights/plates/dumbells, though - EXTREMELY attentive host. Graciela genuinely cares about how you're doing and goes out of her way to let you know about events in BsAs Cons: - Smokers in the vicinity / hallway smells can seep into apt - Small kitchen with only 2 electric stovetops - No solid workspace (dining room table chairs aren’t the most comfortable and outlet placement was a bit convenient) - Apartment has no balcony and faces inward (still has a view, but little to no direct sunlight during the day)

No encantó la estadía en este departamento, muy cómodo para un par de días, check-in muy fácil gracias a Bianca, fue muy amable y nos explicó TODO sobre el departamento, es una excelente persona, muy amable y servicial, siempre atenta y todos responden muy rápido. ¡Gracias! La pasamos genial. Y pudimos jugar, y tocar guitarra con cuerdas invertidas (para zurdos) fue un reto. Hermoso departamento.

I had a wonderful stay at Lucas’ apartment. It is located in a great neighbourhood of Buenos Aires - many restaurants and bars are within walking distance. The apartment itself is clean, modern and well-kept. It had all I needed for a memorable stay. I will definitely return to Lucas’ apartment the next time I am in Buenos Aires.

Aníbal foi extremamente gentil, o apartamento era muito bem decorado e espaçoso, silencioso pois era de fundos, amigos meus alugaram apartamentos de frente e reclamaram de barulhos mas o nosso era muito silencioso. A localização era ótima. Recomendo.

Espaço exatamente como descrito, equipado, em uma localização muito boa e segura. Possui uma cama muito confortável, cofre para documentos, e vários mercados nos arredores para compra de mantimentos. Gostamos muito e recomendamos o local.

Mi estadía fue perfecta, el dpto es tal como se publica. Para destacar la ubicación del dpto, el mantenimiento, amplitud y sobre todo comodidad del baño. La comunicación con Verónica fue perfecta, ella tomó la iniciativa y siempre estuvo pendiente de todos los detalles. Muy recomendable!!!

Beautiful apartment. Ive stayed in several AirBnbs in Palermo, Recoleta, and Puerto Madero over the last few years. This is one of my favorites. Super responsive host and 24/7 doormen as well. Feels very upscale and safe overall. Great amenities.

La verdad que excelente, súper cómodo y muy limpio. Está de 10 el departamento, tiene todo lo que describe y algunas cosas más. Súper conforme, volvería.

This place was perfect! I came to Argentina for a month and - as a bodybuilder and fitness enthusiast - I was looking for a home where I could easily explore the area while cooking for 5-6 meals per day and working 9-5 from my computer remotely. I got exactly what I wanted. Fully functioning kitchen appliances, a washer/dryer in the basement of the building, two bathrooms, and a beautiful space that separates living area from sleeping area. I would absolutely stay here again. Furthermore, I probably WILL stay here again in the future, as it made it so easy for me to work from Buenos Aires like I was home.

Muy lindo loft, de verdad mágico. Muy buena y original decoración. Amplia sala, muy funcional . Y hermoso patio para aprovechar el día, relajarse , y aunque no lo haya usado me quedé con muchas ganas de hacer un asando en el parrillero que había.

La estadía estuvo muy bien y el lugar era tal cual las imágenes. Súper aprovechable el piso con el parrillero ! Solo que no tuvimos wifi en toda la estadía y no pudo solucionarse por ser días feriados. Más allá de estos puntos volveríamos a ir !

Inolvidable experiencia de bed & breakfast en una hermosa casa y jardín. Mercedes es una gran anfitriona, siempre atenta y servicial. Sus desayunos son imperdibles!
