Nearby, there are markets, gas stations, a health clinic and restaurants, as well as the beach, which is easily accessible. The condominium is quiet and quiet. We loved the apt, everything very organized and clean, very close to the beach and with the market and pharmacy on the corner made everything easy. The entrance to the apto was also very easy the instructions were very clear. The apartment is huge worth spending a few days with family or friends. I would definitely come back more often

We were in the apartment in 6 people and two dogs, we spent the Easter holiday, and the place is amazing, the apartment is more beautiful than in the photos, everything clean, organized, and new, new appliances, air conditioning in the 3 bedrooms, all working perfectly, and we were able to do everything on foot, Eduardo is a very attentive host, and gave us all the information for a great stay, thanks Eduardo to the next.

Very close to all the amenities: pharmacy, bakery, market, restaurants, I did everything on foot. Apt. clean and spacious. Excellent huveiros, building and quiet air-conditioning. It had beach chairs, frescobol and plank. The sunguard was damaged and the janitor lent it, it did not affect anything. I recommend and think about coming back.

The house I rented for the weekend exceeded my expectations! Parking is very nice, providing security and amenity. The home is big and extremely cozy, perfect for resting and enjoying the time in comfort. In addition, the location is excellent, with nearby markets, which made it very easy to stay. The place is beautiful, in a very quiet neighborhood. We had to be in two places when a flood hit Brazil and we discovered that it is in an elevated area, so we had no problem spending the day.

An amazing weekend in this wonderful home. The house has a very good space in the bedrooms, in the living room and especially in the gourmet space connected to the pool. Bathrooms with great showers, good towels, all necessary utensils in the kitchen, everything great. Not to mention that Dirceu is super attentive and promptly helped us when we needed it. I recommend it to everyone.

Nice Airbnb for a stay in Tijucas, close to the highway BR by car and close to a supermarket by foot. The Check-in worked as expected. The stay was also pleasant. Thoth was very friendly and responsive, he welcomed us with a personal message and with one beer from his own brewery which was very tasty, overall very recommended.

Wonderful place, facing the beach. Waking up with a wonderful sun in your window is very special. Going to sleep listening to the waves of the sea and seeing the place from your bedroom window is great. Itapema proved to be an excellent beach, full of activities, good restaurants, clean sand, great shops around. Kind and polite people... a paradise.

Perfect studio in great location! I loved my stay at Manhattan Flats. The space is modern, well decorated, comfortable and very clean. The location is excellent, close to the beach and everything I needed. The building has a great structure, with well-equipped gym and a leisure area with pool table that was a plus in the experience. Ideal for relaxing and also maintaining the training routine. Super recommend and I will definitely return!
