There is a short walking distance to grocery store and Håland Industrial Area. About 20 min walk to Bryne city center with all the amenities the city has to offer. It is a short drive to beautiful Jærstrender and in the opposite direction to hiking areas on Høg-jæren. It is about 30 min by car or train to Stavanger city center.
