A very nice place that can easily accommodate 6 people with all the necessary accessories and comfortable beds. You get two large terraces as well and free parking.

We had a great stay at Dana's apartment. We've been here before and once again we had a pleasant experience. The apartment is very clean and well equipped, it was nice and cool in the heat of the summer. The host is very friendly and helpful. Area is quiet with plenty public transport connections. The apartment looks just like in the pictures. There is safe free parking as well. We have nothing negative to say about this accommodation and we recommend it to anyone.

Comfortable, well-equipped and well-equipped apartment. Only bimole is in half basement, so no view and no light. I recommend it.

The flat is perfectly situated - city center is ~10 minutes walk, across the street there is a huge Mall (so whether you wanna go shopping or grab something from the supermarket - you are covered), Amazonia Water Park is also ~10 minutes by car. Have nothing but praises for Andra - very friendly & helpful. I'll be happy to be back to the City of Roses, and to Andras' place =)

It was an amazing stay! The place is lovely, the surroundings are very quiet and the parking spot was very handy. Razvan communicated really well with us and was very kind.

We spent a pleasant stay in a central area near the center and Lidl. The apartment is equipped with everything you need. Modern and very clean with a quality design. The communication worked very well without any questions about Check in and out. Parking always available. Thank you, we'll be back!

The place is beautiful, well positioned, you have fast-food, markets, outlets right next to you while also being peaceful and private.

Very quiet, clean, tidy place. Very welcoming host. Parking space available. The very good coffee.

Imelda's flat is in a great location, we chose it because it is downtown and also across the street from a farmer's market so we could jump out every morning and buy fresh fruit, vegetables and cheese. The place is also very close to a good coffee place, an artisanal bakery right downstairs, and other restaurants, terraces and shops. The flat itself is also majestic with very tall ceilings, great antique furniture and generally nice furnishings. Very spacy, well-equipped kitchen, air-conditioning, and great to have the two bathrooms since we stayed there for 3 weeks with our two kids. Imelda was quick to respond to our questions and also accommodate any specific needs that we had. All in all, a great place to stay in a great location downtown Arad.

Very clean place with all necessary ammenities. Overall a very decent place where you don’t miss anything. I felt like home.

A small but perfectly designed space. The area is quite peripheral, but it is very close to the tram and the bus stops. Many grocery stores in the area, a supermarket within 5 min walking distance. As a minus, summer is warm enough because there is no air conditioning, but I appreciated that I found a fan and a dehumidifier there. Another minus would be the outside of the block that initially scared me a bit, being a pretty old block that was not renovated before, but related to the apartment everything was 10/10. The bed, although it is a sofa, is very very comfortable because it has placed over a thick topper. A clean space with a lot of silence, where it can be seen that the owner was attentive to the details not to be missing anything. Communication with owner was 10/10.

Sorry for this rather long review, but we instantly fell in love with Alin’s place. The apartment is beautifully renovated, stylish, and surprisingly spacious, with high ceilings in a charming old house just a few minutes from the northern train station – a very convenient location. Everything we needed was there: a washer-dryer, towels and toiletries in the bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary appliances – including a dishwasher and an espresso maker – plus thoughtful extras like basic cooking staples (spices, vinegar, tea, coffee). The WiFi was reliable, the thermostat worked automatically, and we liked having access to the spacious garden via the stairwell. There were also many other small touches that made the stay even more enjoyable. Alin was incredibly friendly and responsive, and the check-in process went smoothly. We truly can’t say enough good things about this place – highly recommended!
