It is close to Arad only 3 km away , close to the highway only 5 km at 10 km from Arad airport and 40 km from Timisoara airport. The villa is equipped with underfloor heating. There is a generous parking space for 6 cars on the street. The yard is shared with another villa. Both villas have access to the pool in the yard!
