Really a cool place. The other people there were all cool, too !

We stayed a few nights and the inn was quaint and cozy. Perfectly located to restaurants and shops. Our host Jeanette was friendly and very helpful. The continental breakfast was served in the cutest dining area and her homade coffee cake was delicious.

If you love the ocean like i do this place is the perfect place to hear the waves crash from your room. I needed an escape and this was just the place to take away from the chaos. I will be looking out for openings in the reservations for future stays!

Bill was super helpful under challenging circumstances. He confirmed the reservation really quickly, which was needed. And when i needed extra assistance, it was provided without hesitation. It is a beautiful location, right on the beach. And the price was really reasonable for what we needed. Altogether a great experience!

What a wonderful place! The room was perfect for the four of us for a quick Cape trip! Everything was so clean and the staff was so friendly- the goats were an added bonus! We loved the Continental breakfast- communication was excellent! Thank you for such a great stay!

Such a great place. Very clean, and close proximity to the ocean and pool. There is only a grill to cook, so bring grilling stuff. Beautiful location. Looking toward to go back.

The 2-bedroom unit is spacious and clean, and the location can’t be beat. Having a pool on site and also being right across the street from the beach was super convenient, especially with kids. The porch/deck was perfect for enjoying a morning coffee or evening drink with an ocean view.

Great hotel! Staff was friendly and accommodating, and it's located on a very active street with lots of cool shops and things to do. Plus, it's a 15 minute walk to the nearest public beach. Awesome!

Great accommodation experience

The entire stay was peaceful, relaxing, and exactly what we were looking for. The sunrises are so beautiful here! Wonderful family atmosphere and the staff was very friendly and welcoming. We were able to get in early and start our stay sooner than expected. Miss Sapphire at the front desk was extremely helpful and sweet. We adore her!! My son thought the place was so great we booked a room for his birthday weekend and cannot wait to get back! Absolutely loved my stay at The Beachside. The design is next-level—mid-century modern with warm terracottas, natural wood, and playful details that make it feel both elevated and fun. It’s cozy, stylish, and full of charm. The layout around the pool and lawn is perfect, and there’s even a vintage arcade and Swim Club. Just a few blocks from Jetties Beach, it’s the perfect Nantucket spot. Everything felt thoughtful and well-designed—exactly what you’d hope for in a beach getaway.

Debra's condo was the perfect getaway for me and my husband! Although it was just the two of us, it was spacious enough for a family of four. It was right across the street from the beach and there were several great restaurants within walking distance. We would definitely book again!

Great place to stay if looking for a spot to stay for the Cape Cod marathon! Within walking distance to the start (.8 miles) or a VERY quick drive to the start dependent on your preferences. If going for the marathon I highly recommend Paul’s Pizza and Seafood for some pasta the night before. Staff was friendly and place was clean. We would stay here again if in the area.

The room was spotless and stylish—cozy Italian linens, thoughtful touches, and a design that felt both elevated and homey. Even without interaction, the care was clear in every detail. I woke to birdsong and soft light, feeling rested and inspired. Life House feels less like a hotel and more like being welcomed into a beautifully curated island retreat. A soulful, serene stay I’ll absolutely return to.

My family had no idea what we were in for when we chose this cottage. But we were blown away with the property. All 3 of us, including my 20 month old son, had the best nights of sleep we’ve had in months. It’s so quiet, so dark, and so peaceful at night. The mornings are beautiful with a view of the Menemsha harbor on the patio. The entire island seems to travel to Menemsha public beach to see the sunset. You get a better view at the inn from the patio. You get access to the Lucy Vincent beach which is one of the most beautiful beaches I’ve ever been to and only residents or renters of Chilmark have access. My only regret is we didn’t have enough time to explore everything the area had to offer. I highly recommend bringing your car on the ferry or renting one. Uber is not reliable. Lyft had zero drivers on the island on the busiest weekend. A taxi ride to the inn cost us $80, one way.

Excellent old fashion motel. It was quaint with a nice waterfront. Enjoyed the rustic beach for a quick dip. The TV was excellent. Derek, allowed me to check in early and addressed any issues I had. I had a great stay. I would recommend this especially if you’re traveling solo.

Chris’s property and its location were great. We booked a long weekend away at the last minute with the forecast calling for picture perfect beach days, but the weather took a 180°. Even though there were 0 beach days and it rained off & on, it was nice to sit on the covered balcony and play cards while watching the waves and feeling the salty air. Chris is super responsive and was quick to answer me prior to booking that the room would be handicap accessible for our daughter. The room and the property were both clean. I would recommend staying in Chris’s property.
