This cabin is located off of the Tennessee River. It is up on a hill and offers a beautiful view of the river. Our cabin is located in a quite and serene neighborhood. This cabin has three bedrooms with double beds in each bedroom and a large loft area with two double bed.s. The living room, kitchen and dining area are all together in a large open room with wood vaulted ceilings. The front porch has a swing where you can soak up the breath taking view of the river. Perfect getaway retreat.

A fisherman’s paradise close to multiple boat ramps (3m to Bear Creek, 10.6m to Mill Creek, 6.5m to Rose Trail) with plenty of parking for boats, trailers, and multiple vehicles. This family home was built in the 1950’s as a family home. They raised quail and trained prize winning bird dogs. Some of the quail can still be heard today.

Private, cozy cabin located across the road from JP Coleman state Park which is by Pickwick Lake on the TN river. Partial water view in the winter. Enjoy walking you fur baby or jogging in the park. The lake is famous for large and small mouth bass, crappie, catfish Water skiing, and wake boarding Boat ramp is about a 5 minute drive from cabin located at the park. Plenty of space to park your boat or you may rent a slip at the marina in the park. Fire pit to sit by. Wood provided.

Pickwick Place

Beautiful new construction "cabin" located just 1.7 miles from the state line boat ramp. This 5 bedroom, 3.5 bath home is located on 1.4 acres at the end of a short street with ample parking for both cars and boat trailers. It sleeps 13 in beds, 15 with use of couches . Large open kitchen and living area for all those family game nights. This is our lake house that we use frequently but we have decided to open it up for others to enjoy when we are not lucky enough to be there.

The Cottage at Eastport 4.8 from downtown Iuka, 2.7 miles from Eastport Marina, 11 miles from JP Coleman Park. Completely remodeled, 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, lots of parking for trucks and trailers. Fully equipped kitchen, Charcoal Grill, Fire Pit Smart TVs, free wifi Relax around the firepit in the evenings at this quiet country setting. Deer often graze in the field out back, and there are lots of birds to watch. No pets please, in respect to those who have allergies.
