It is located in a quiet residential area 400m from the sea and 10- 15 minutes' walk from the Kotor old town. A big supermarket is a 3-minute walk from the house, and a hiking trail to Vrmac Mountain is a 5-minute walk. The House location is easy to find if you come with your own car. If you arrive by bus, you can reach us in 15 minutes' walk. There is a local bus stop in front of the house.

The apartment can host up to 4 people. (double bed for 2 people, 2 beds that can be opened in the living room) are ideal for both families and couples. The house has everything for cooking, a refrigerator and a park.
