Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Tivat

Great stay ! We loved our time at Nensi's. She was very helpful and friendly. The apartment had all the amenities that any traveller could ask for and more ! We loved the luxury of having a washing machine, Nespresso machine and a cosy living space after a long time on the road. Added bonus of having a private parking space for the car and also that it's a super short 5 minutes walk to the old town. There is a shopping mall nearby should you need anything from the supermarket or pharmacy. The common terrace just off the living room was heavenly and perfect for breakfast before exploring the town.. Would recommend to everyone from a couple to a family for a stay. And we will be back again Nensi!!

It was the perfect place to relax in the evenings — sitting on the balcony and enjoying the night view of the city and the sea was truly special. beautiful place, with overlooking views its spotless and the host have welcomed us when we arrived explaining everything inside the room, gave us recommendation for tours and etc. Extremely helpful. The only downside is its high up the hill so if you are not active going up and down the hill is a challenge. Otherwise it is a great place its 20mins walk from the old town.

I have never seen a host more polite than Desa, Darko's mother. She is a very sweet and helpful person. They were very helpful even in our slightest need. Also, the location and view of the house is very nice. Thank you, kind Desa 🌸🌸🌸

Alex was amazing and so kind, he recommended many places for us for eating, shopping and sightseeing and even offered to drive us to some places for free. very welcoming and always greeted us when we saw him outside.

Its a nice little spotless studio flat. Perfect for couples and couples with a kid. Host is friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend.

Very good stay at Marko's! Quiet place, access to the port in less than 10 minutes on foot. Quiet, peaceful. The host and his family were very welcoming and kind to us, we could count on them if we needed anything. The host even agreed to cancel our last night so I could go celebrate my birthday in a hotel! Very pleasant, I enjoyed it, I recommend it.

My wife and I spent 2 days at Nikola’s place and used it as our base for exploring the wonderful Skadar lake. The home itself is cosy, peaceful and well equipped for a few nights away. A kind of mini cabin with lots of charm, away from all the hustle and bustle. The drive from Virpazar can be a little tense as the roads are very narrow in places due to the remoteness of the accommodation so be sure to have a confident driver with you. Nikola was proactive and responsive in his communications. Always kind and courteous. All in all, we had a great stay!

the apartment is beautifully renovated, equipped with excellent appliances and has everything you need for a comfortable stay (extra linen, kitchen utensils, household chemicals). and it’s great location

Val and Maya were exceptional hosts - incredibly responsive and couldn’t be more helpful with organising extras including airport transfers, a driver for an excursion and boat tour…all with trusted associates at great prices. Myself and my Family felt right at home in their apartment and I’d highly recommend a stay here!

Very nice host family. We felt like at home and enjoyed our stay. Everything was as described. Apartment was spotlessly clean and in convenient location.

It was an incredibly beautiful house. My little girl swam in the sea in front of the house every day. There was more than everything you needed in the house. It was motivating to start the day with a perfect view. Close to everywhere. The hosts were very helpful and friendly. We were incredibly pleased in every way. I recommend it 🙏🏻

Jasmine was a wonderful host where nothing was too much trouble. Would happily recommend her accommodation to friends and family. The apartment was everything we expected and more and listening to the nightingale from the balcony was simply wonderful.

Perfect little apartment. Compact and everything one could need was there. One of the few apartments with a washer/dryer - very important if you’ve been on the road for a while. Nespresso machine with some pods provided was a bonus. Definitely recommend it.

We had a wonderful stay, the apartment is beautiful. We were given clear instructions on collecting the key and the apartment was spotlessly clean. Great location, loads of lovely restaurants in walking distance of the apartment. We hired a car and there are plenty of places to visit. Apartment had everything we needed, very spacious and had the most amazing views . The host checked in with us making sure all was ok. We would highly recommend staying at this apartment.

Wonderful cozy apartment, the photos of which exactly correspond to reality. We spent a whole month in Tivat and realized that we would have to return! This desire is connected, among other things, with the place where we lived!

it's a very nice place, large enough for 2 people. It's in the old town but close to bus station. The bedroom has the view of the old city wall and the harbor, which is very nice. the bathroom equipped with wash machine, although has no dryer, the heated towel rack does the job.

Perfect. A little far from Kotor on foot. But we had the car. A little off-road, but then it's perfect. The apartment is great. Thank you.

Very cute place right in the middle of old town. Was worried about noise but the windows block it from the street! Would stay again!

Stefan's property is wonderful and has beautiful views of the bay only thing that may be an issue for some is it is not walkable to Kotor as footpaths disappear at some points along the narrow road into Kotor requiring us to get Taxis to get around which was not a bother for us.

We had a great stay in this apartment. The views from the balcony are amazing. Google Maps gets you close to the address provided, but the critical piece for getting there was the instruction from Jovana which was provided as a series of short videos and text. The videos included the approach from the road, where to park and then how to walk up to the apartment. These were perfect. Not sure how else I would have known exactly where to go with the car without them so be sure to use them. The roads in Kotor can be a bit of a maze. You'll know when you get there. But I studied the videos combined with a bit of 'street view' the night before and they were spot on. Once there, everything around Kotor is so close. Overall, a fantastic experience—thank you!

The house was in a really great location and had everything we needed. The bed linens and towels were very clean and smelled wonderful. In the evening, you can enjoy the balcony and during the day, you can even work at the bar on the balcony. We wish we could have stayed longer. Thank you, Igor & Boris, you are very kind hosts!
