Beachfront holiday rentals in Tivat Municipality

This accommodation is amazing! If you're having second thoughts, don't! you won't regret it. The apartment is very spacious and the terrace is something you will rarely find, so big and the views are spectacular! There is also a deck to lounge in the sun right in front on the building. Ivana was very nice and helpful, she made sure we had everything we needed. Surely we'll come again!

This location is absolutely wonderful. The apartment itself is comfortable and spacious, the view from the terrace onto the local nature park is gorgeous. The place is dead quiet apart from a neighbor's rooster which *will* wake you up in the morning, but that's an excellent time for a walk anyway. There is a bakery right downstairs, owned by the host himself, with both sweet and savory dishes, open for pretty much the entire day, you will not go hungry. Several grocery stores, if need be, are within walking distance. There are two paths from here to the seafront: either you go along the road and look at the nice local architecture with its small, well-decorated houses, or you enter the aforementioned park and walk among the trees and meadows as you go down. Stanislav himself was very kind and helpful, he warned us about the local policy of mandatory tourist registration and helped us get that done, and he also drove us to the airport when we were leaving.

Stefan's place is unique. Quiet neighborhood yet close to interesting places. I had direct contact with Stefan's sister, who is very kind and respectful of the privacy of the guests. From the very beginning, we felt like we were among loved ones. Stefan's mother provided us with delicious cookies and great charcuterie of her own. The house had everything we needed. Although Stefan was on the go, he took care of us remotely and I got plenty of restaurant recommendations from him. Clean bathroom and kitchen, comfortable bed. A separate entrance and a separate part of the garden does not interfere with the houses. I highly recommend this place because of its charm, but most because of the great people.

what a wonderful apartment! the setting is wonderful and to sit out on either the lower or upper balcony is so peaceful. Everything you need is here and all set out in a very modern, clean, welcoming apartment. Aleksandra has thought of everything and will make you feel so welcome. the SUP boards are a fantastic bonus and what a wonderfully, peaceful corner of Tivat to use them. Everything is within an easily walkable distance yet the setting is so calm. We look forward greatly to our return

We had a wonderful week here at Tamara's apartments. Fantastic scenery, everything you need in the apartment, amazing pool and to be able to step off the patio into the sea was a superb bonus. A couple of nice restaurants within easy walk (one next door). Very friendly and helpful hosts, we borrowed their kayak a few times. Plenty of private parking, just a little hard to find the right drive off the main road the first time. There is a stated quiet time after 10pm, but you could still hear a fair amount of normal noise from the other apartments, nothing too disruptive for us but it could be different with other guests there. Wonderful place, we would definitely book again if we were in the area.

Val and Maya were exceptional hosts - incredibly responsive and couldn’t be more helpful with organising extras including airport transfers, a driver for an excursion and boat tour…all with trusted associates at great prices. Myself and my Family felt right at home in their apartment and I’d highly recommend a stay here!

Beautiful big flat with amazing view from the balcony!

We are a Swedish family with two kids. Simple cozy accommodation. We felt at home. Nice reception Good pool. Five minutes walking distance down to the beach. Peaceful. We would be glad to come back.

The house was beautiful, from the minute you walk in it feels instantly like home with beautiful touches of hospitality - including a fluffy bathrobe folded on the bed - perfect after a long day of travel! The house is in a beautiful neighborhood with a pool and perfectly walkable to Porto Montenegro with beautiful restaurants and shopping! Would definitely recommend staying with Dragana!!

Great stay at a great apartment. The view from the balcony was stunning. The apartment was clean and well furnished. The hosts spoken English wasn't great, but could communicate with his phone well enough so no issues there. Had a small issue with boiler not working, was fixed 20 minutes after messaging. Great swimming pool, but you are at the mercy of other guests as there's not a lot of room around it.

Place just as described and in the pictures. Clean, easy to find, everything you need in the apartment plus a lovely balcony to admire the views and watch the sun go down.

A view to kill for. The apartment is quite spacious. Very nice to spend a few days by the sea on the quieter side of the bay.

Miho hosted in his place that was in a great neighborhood and had an amazing view. we were so peaceful. definitely recommend if you have the opportunity!

A unique experience for those who have not stayed on a Yacht Club or had an opportunity to come face to face with amazing rich toys. Whilst staying there we came to see the Nympheas (2025 new 79m yacht with a 13m beam). Oddly, this was by far not the biggest one in the harbour - something to behold. The hosts were great with everything from check in to help with restaurants etc. The accommodation was comfortable and the club was quiet. Nearby restaurants were good and of course more expensive than in the older parts of town. The vibe is one of glamour and money but not uncomfortably so. There are many kids and families around at all times. Great experience for a couple who need a break or a quiet romantic weekend. You could not meet nicer hosts. Thank you Jakob and Damaris!!

A tastefully decorated, fully equipped apartment with a nice terrace and a mega view. The place is well located and you can reach the city’s in bay Kotor i a short time. There is a shallow swimming area next to the apartment, which is ideal for small children. The apartment is small, but there was enough space for our family of 4. Only two issue was for us, missing sunbeds on the beach and air conditioner in the bedroom. The parking space mentioned in reviews is nothing special if you have driven in mountain areas. We had a great time. Thank you!

Marko and his wife were extraordinary hosts and the home they rented to us was exceptional. We would recommend them to anyone seeking a wonderful adventure. Montenegro is a beautiful country with friendly people and very interesting historical places to see. The restaurants and shops were terrific. Their home included a private place to enjoy on the sea shore. Everything exceeded our expectations. Our family had a marvelous time at their airbnb. Our hosts were able to communicate with us in our languages of Russian and English.

Olga is a wonderful lady. Despite having language barriers she made sure she was reachable. The house location was amazing. The house was neat and clean. Would visit her again whenever I visit Montenegro again.

Bjelila Bliss was absolutely stunning. The location is remarkable, I’ve travelled Europe extensively and this is just beautiful. Brandon’s apartment is perfect for relaxing in. It has some beautiful touches and the bed is super comfy. Brandon really made us welcome and feel at home…the paddle boards were a wonderful bonus. I can’t wait to come back! (And the locals were wonderfully friendly, we feel like part of the village)
