The villa is only 5km from the International Airport at Tivat. Vila Serventi is a 1 minute walk from the sea. Around the Villa is nice courtyard with Mediterranean plants, green areas, barbecue etc. Bay of Boka is described as being one of nicest places in Europe, with a lot of traditional places, churces from baroque and renaissaince periods, maritime museums, palaces etc. Kotor Old Town with lot of traditional churces and places (Catedrale St. Tripun, Churce of St. Giovani, Churce of St. Luka etc.) is just 12km far away from Villa. On the opposite there is a big door facing on courtyard. It is equipped with a lot of love and desire to make everyone feel comfortable in it.
