Holiday rentals with a sauna in Tivat Municipality

Zorans place was a fantastic few days for us in Kotor. The apartment is decorated amazingly well with accent and mood lighting make it extremely modern almost futuristic. The location could not have been better as it was just a few minutes walk from shops, restaurants and the old city. The bed was super comfortable although the bedroom was quite bright in the morning due to black out blinds only being on one window. The car park was easy to park and to get in and out of to do day trips such as to the cable car. Inside the apartment was very comfortable with good A/C and the sauna was an incredible addition. The main problem we had was finding the place and navigating the one way system and picking the correct entrance - so we actually had to do a few laps and contact the host when we were lost. Once we knew where it was it was very easy to get in and out again. We would 100% want to stay there again though as the location is incredible.

What an amazing place! We had a family group of 7 of us ranging from age 20 to age 80 and everyone absolutely loved it. I was a bit worried about some of the reviews saying walking up back from the old town but it was fine and the oldest members of the group could walk it no problem (not steep at all). You must do the cable car for sunset views, we did 8 hour Get Your Guide boat trip (recommend) and Kotor is beautiful. But coming back to the jacuzzi and the breathtaking views means chilling at the apartment is fantastic too.

A perfect place for a relaxing vacation. Calm and cozy atmosphere with a special charm. The staff were wonderful – Abbas, Volkan, and the lady were all exceptionally attentive and friendly. The chef cooked delicious meals every day. The beautiful pool was a real highlight – perfect for cooling off and lounging under the sun. I also really enjoyed the sauna – absolutely fantastic! I would gladly come back here again. Thank you, Montenegro, for a great holiday!

My family and I enjoyed our time in Montenegro very much. The place and the view from the pool was just amazing beautiful. Clean place very well maintained. Really thank you for everything Robert and his assistant Desa very responsive polite pleasant kind. We'll be back as soon as the opportunity arises again.

A great flat with everything you need. Lovely views and great location. The air conditioning was lovely and the washing machine very useful. We loved the pool and walked down to the great beach several times. Supermarket and restaurant at the bottom of the hill. Great communication too. Would definitely stay again, we had a lovely week.

This place definitely made our vacation memorable! Very spacy apartment, AC, fans, everything we needed.... Still the best about this place is the 24/24 access to an amazing pool with an amazing view. We had private parking place, that was very important for us. Walkable shops and restaurants nearby. We had a great stay, the view from the pool is incredible. The house is equipped with ever that you need for a short stay, there is cute little beach and a great restaurant Tramontana beach bar with amazing food and views within walkable distance.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The host was incredibly thoughtful, she had prepared fresh fruits, vegetables, drinks, and even eggs for us, knowing that all the shops would be closed on Sunday. The apartment itself was spacious, spotlessly clean, and beautifully decorated. The terrace was a dream, perfect for relaxing. Our four children loved the small playground, it was just the right size and added a lot to the experience. The pool area was amazing, with breathtaking views and everything well, maintained and clean. Just a few minutes’ walk away, there was a lovely café with delicious food for both kids and adults. Overall, it was a fantastic experience - peaceful, comfortable, and welcoming. If we ever get the chance to return, we will definitely choose this place again. A solid 10/10! Thank you (:

It was a good apartment, comfortable, and looks stylish. The apartment had everything you need. Check-in and check-out were easy. It's located on a hill, so walking or with a stroller might be inconvenient. It's better if you have a car. There was always a free parking space in front of the house. There is a small shop nearby. You need to get to the supermarket by taxi or car.

This exceptional accommodation from Marvin offers luxurious amenities that far exceed expectations – especially when it comes to the panoramic view. The kitchen is fully equipped and even has a Dolce Gusto coffee maker. An unmentioned highlight is the direct view of the picturesque Adriatic island of St. Stefan, a fishing village from the 15th century. The view of the majestic Lovćen Mountains is also impressive. The perfect location opens up a breathtaking view of the sea and the bay. Even in bad weather, there is plenty to enjoy: a beautiful swimming pool and a spa area with sauna, hammam and jacuzzi invite you to relax. The well-equipped gym completes the offer. Due to the steep topography, it is recommended to rent a vehicle. The friendly staff of the complex will be happy to assist you with any concerns. Absolutely recommended!

Beautiful stay with a fantastic view We had a great time staying at the place! The view from the terrace and balcony to the sea and the pool was breathtaking – really a highlight. Morinj is perfect for a relaxing holiday with children: There is a city beach with loungers for 5 €, but also a quieter luxury beach with a bar and more comfortable loungers for 20 €. Two beautiful cafés are also within walking distance - the café directly on the water is particularly recommended: delicious food, great coffee and a relaxed atmosphere. Everything you need is on site: a supermarket, a small kiosk and numerous leisure activities. You can rent kayaks, SUPs or boats on the beach - ideal for small adventures on the water. The food was fresh and delicious everywhere. We felt completely comfortable and can absolutely recommend the stay!

Loved it, everything was thought of! I would be happy to come back.

Amazing apartment with wonderful views and right on the beach in perfect location. If you are driving make sure you get clear instructions on where to park (we didn’t get any) and don’t follow Google maps!

The listing was as described. Ceca was very responsive and kind. We enjoyed the cleanliness of the accommodation (even if the bed was not comfortable) The accommodation is in a great location, right next to the beach and shops. We had a very good stay in this beautiful apartment and highly recommend it.

if you want something special, this is it. Unesco World Heritage target, built 19th century. Amazing view surrounded by mountains. Superb host. I highly recommend!

Really a beautiful house! As in the photos! Outdoor space has a lot of space. We made great use of the outdoor kitchen, which was including fridge and barbecue. Everything very stylishly decorated. The rooftop jacuzzi and sauna were also lovely. There was basic supply in the house such as salt, sugar, coffee. And even more than that: chocolate and fresh fruit, bottle of wine and in the cooling cold beer and soda. Super host! There was construction around the house so in the future it won't be that private again which is a pity. But for now a really great house.

this place was amazing the hosts went out of their way to help us with every tiny detail. they sent a taxi to pick us up and helped us arrange tours. the house is beautiful. if you are even considering this location, this is the house for you. Dont hesitate. beautiful grounds. one of a kind.

Stayed in the villa for a week. Superb views, pool and all the necessary ameneties. The road there is steep so requires skillful driving or good health to go up on foot. But well worth it for the views.

We were very happy with our choice of place! A great villa with a spacious enclosed property, a large pool, and a sauna. The big and beautiful living room on the ground floor was perfect. The ping-pong table and table football were a pleasant surprise. Ideal for a large group. A car is a must. Two great beaches – Ploče and Jaz – are just a few minutes away by car. The hosts are very friendly and always available. Alla and Denis, thank you – we’ll definitely be back!

We had a lovely stay at this beautiful house surrounded by nature. The road from the main highway to the property is about 3 km — it's winding but well-paved, so driving was no problem. A hiking trail starts right behind the house, which was a wonderful bonus for nature lovers. Overall, everything was great. Just a small note: during colder months, the house can feel a bit chilly. Each room has an air conditioner, but heating such a large space takes some time. The host was extremely responsive and answered all our questions immediately, which made our stay even more comfortable. We truly enjoyed the peaceful setting and would happily stay here again!

This villa is incredible. It has beautiful views and all the amenities you could ask for. It has indoor and outdoor dining, a large kitchen, a pool with sun beds, spacious bedrooms, and even a sauna! Branislav was a great host with fast and helpful responses, good restaurant recommendations, and even helped us book a boat trip that picked us up steps from the villa. There is an area to swim in the bay only a 1 minute walk from the villa. Would definitely recommend! Make sure you have a car rented if you are staying here though as it is difficult to walk anywhere along the roads. Aside from this it is perfect!

Vlado was very responsive, gave recommendations of restaurants, was very accommodating on all our requests. He was also flexible with check out time. Cleaning lady was coming every day and it was included in the price. We really enjoyed the stay.
