House half a street from downtown, super located, actually exceeds expectations, everything working 100%, I can say that I would return to Espita just to stay in that house again I recommend 1000%

This is an amazing place to rest, relax and unwind. The grounds are incredible and the staff can’t do enough to help. The host has been extremely helpful in organizing everything and we would love to visit again to enjoy such wonderful, peaceful surroundings and meet friends, again.

Favorite Airbnb ever! The house is as lovely as the pictures. We stayed for three days with our family of five (kids 5, 7 & 9), and everyone was sorry to leave. The home is comfortable. The linens are nice. The pool is fantastic. The location is peaceful, but a great base for visiting Valladolid, Ek Balam, a bunch of cenotes, Ria Lagartos.... we never visit the coast without heading inland for a few days of “real Mexico,” and I think we’ll come back here again and again. Thank you for a beautiful visit!

We had the amazing opportunity to stay at Luz Maria’s place and what a treat it was! Such a cute house in a friendly village, we feel very lucky to have had the experience. We recommend the tamales that they sell in the square and also cenote cancun nearby, it has a diving platform and the kids didn’t want to leave!

I loved the place, very quiet and comfortable, he was very friendly and was always attentive to any detail. Everything was very clean and in excellent condition, if I have to go back there I would choose it again.

It is a very nice and spacious house, we were comfortable my family and I, the location seemed excellent because it is a few blocks from downtown and the communication with the girl from the beginning until the end of my stay was excellent without a doubt ,I would come back again.

Everything excellent. The attention was very friendly, the cabanas had just enough to rest and disconnect. The place is super nice because it is in the middle of the Yucatec jungle and they knew how to take advantage of it. I would definitely come back.
