From the moment we booked the Airbnb, Mr. Daniel was very kind and clarified several doubts we had, and this only improved when we were already staying. The place is just as described and as seen in the photos, it has its privacy and since it is in a private community, at night it is also very safe, it was a very good experience to stay there

The apartment is totally worth it, it is very clean and the service was 10/10.

The apartment was very clean and very equipped in terms of kitchen utensils pillows and blankets for the room, etc. Various places around like shopping squares, convenience stores, pharmacies.

Marie is very attentive, she is always asking if you occupy something and it is close to the apartment. So if you occupy anything for the apartment you can take it or if you have any questions, it will answer you at the moment

Description is faithful to what it offers. It feels like a comfortable and clean apartment. Security is very good, although the area in which it is located is not very touristy.

This Airbnb exceeded my expectations -10x nicer and spacious in person, photos did not do it justice. My friend and I were extremely pleased with the speediness of Jimena’s responses, the thought to all details in the Airbnb, and wonderful door service by Diego. The apt smells lovely and clean, very walkable to lots of cute coffee shops, and safe. 100% recommend and would stay here again!

The view is total awe, especially at night. The colors and decor gives the apartment a nice airy feel. Barbara communicated well, there are people that say call me if you need anything, then there are people who really mean it. Good to have a host that shows that level of interest and willingness to help however they can. The location was convenient for every place I needed to go!

Excellent airbnb as described in the photos in the heart of Polanco! Excellent location to head to the main points of interest whether walking, by bike, by Uber. The apartment is spotless with just what you need in an apartment with private security 24 hours which made us feel very safe Gaby was always a super friendly host and helped us in what we occupied and was always attentive, I definitely recommend it and would come back !

The place is well located, the area is quiet and the building is friendly and quiet, people are respectful of the regulations and schedules so you can rest and do not wake up due to noise from neighbors or the street etc. It is safe, cozy well equipped and clean. Gabriel was on the lookout, he even allowed us to leave our truck longer in the garage after checkout, to move more easily in uber, we thank him very much :)

Erika was clear with the instructions, she was aware of any situation, and the apartment has the utensils and appliances. You don't hear noises from other neighbors, you can sleep peacefully, and you have the shopping plaza and more stores to shop.

Owner was responsive and detailed. The place was very clean and had everything we needed. It’s in a perfect location with the mall downstairs for anything you need. The view is great and was extra cool with the lightning!

The place is absolutely lovely and ran by a wonderful 24hr concierge team. Noelia & Gabrielle have loads of great recommendations for things to do around Polanco and further out. They've been super helpful in answering our questions and getting a lovely cleaner in for us. Walkable to some great parks and right near the Soumaya museum the apartment is really well located. Roma is only a 15min taxi ride away (without traffic...) and that's got loads of restaurants with many cusines including Mexican. We're hoping to come back and stay here.

I had an amazing stay! The place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive.
