This is an old private house that was renovated by a family.Renting one building is 30-40% off for stays longer than 7 nights. Hokkaido will impose an accommodation tax from April 2026.Please pay 100 yen per person per night at check-out.(1,500 yen for 3 nights for 5 people) A private house 3 minutes on foot from the north exit of JR Toubetsu Station.Please stay with your family or group (up to 5 people). There is a well-known izakaya bar, "Koinako Nichiwa" across the street, and you can get a free welcome drink. Around the station, there are convenience stores, supermarkets, and you can also source ingredients. There is also a free laundry machine which we can recommend for longer business trips or trips. From April to October (Friday) from 7 to 14 o'clock, a delicious coffee kitchen car comes to the parking lot. In winter, it is a 2-minute walk to the free shuttle bus stop to Ishikari Daira Ski Resort.(Runs until mid January) In about 20 minutes.It takes about 10 minutes by car.Please use it for skiing camps.
