Il complesso abitativo è frutto di una recentissima ristrutturazione di costruzioni dal valore storico (il Trullo Saraceno dalla caratteristica cupola bianca è ancora più antico del trullo a cono), in cui il sapiente recupero dei materiali, delle tecniche e dei canoni tipici dell’architettura e della storia pugliese, hanno consentito un restauro di interni ed esterni che mantenesse una linea fortemente evocativa e rispettosa dei luoghi, anche nell’arredamento dai colori chiari e naturali, studiati con la massima attenzione ai dettagli e costituito da pezzi unici e originali.
