Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Tomar

We were a group of friends spend a weekend and loved it! The house is amazing to spend time in groups quite comfortably. The photographs do not live, live the house has a different energy fueled by the incredible view of the Bode Castle Dam, with incredible sunrise and sunsets. The swimming pool is great and well served with the annex where it has the barbecue and which also serves as a seating area. we will definitely return:)

Ghanim was, together with Vera, an excellent host. Very friendly, helpful and seemed to be always on call for our questions. We had some trouble finding the location (due to Google Maps not selecting the right area, Apple Maps worked fine) and Ghanim was very helpful by sending us waypoints and screenshots of the road we had to take. Also the check-in and check-out were very flexible. The location itself is huge, beautiful, nicely decorated and all the amenities are present - from linen to appliances and fresh lemons from the tree in the garden. Morning coffees in the greenhouse were part of our main routine. Can and will absolutely recommend 🙏

Lovely stay in a renovated building close to the historic town and the train station. The apartment is spacious and well designed. Communication with the manager was efficient and clear. We loved the red shutters and the bedroom wooden floor. The apartment smelt damp on arrival despite having a dehumidifier running. This smell vanished after 24 hours of good airing. The kitchen is functional with most items required for cooking. Overall a great place to stay in wonderful Tomar!

A spectacular stay, in a very nice, cozy and quiet space!

Easy to find apartment thanks to the directions, and smooth, pleasant and quick contact with Joao. We enjoyed the basket of oranges, a delight, and the little attention left in surprise at the door when we got home one night! The apartment perfectly matches the photos, it is well equipped and the terrace is super nice. Small downside: room on the street side the bed lacks a little comfort and the window is quite poorly insulated (noise and cold) fortunately the street is not very busy. Bathroom, fairly small shower. Otherwise, nothing to complain about, we had a nice stay.

The house is well arranged, and the space is very friendly. Both inland and outside. Functional house with scellent bedding and well-equipped kitchen. Great host.

Very nice stay in this well-presented apartment. Very quiet and comfortable, despite being a very short walk from the main shopping streets and town center. Had no problem finding free parking within two minutes walk of the apartment. just like the photos. Great directions and easy check in. Recommended!

Helga’s apartment was cozy and beautiful! Perfectly furnished, she thought of absolutely everything you might need to have a comfortable stay. She was so sweet and friendly that it felt like home.

Bernardo’s Arcos 61 apartment is an ideal choice for a stay in Tomar. It is every bit as nice as the photos suggest, if not nicer: newly refurbished, clean, quiet, comfortable, good wifi. Ample on street free parking. Kitchen has all of the basic utensils for simple food prep but I don’t like to cook at home so I’m certainly not going to cook on vacation! I do not hesitate to recommend Arcos 61 for a pleasant visit to Tomar!

Great place just as described.. It is well located and free parking across the bridge is a 5 minute walk.

The studio was simply but appropriately furnished in style. It has everything you need. The laundry rack was also quickly brought when I asked. We liked the property with the pool, the garden, the barbecue area very much and it gave us beautiful hours. The exchange with the host was very kind.

Filipa's house seemed very cozy to us, it has a super nice attic and a spectacular terrace with stunning views, it is very bright and in the mornings and the evenings cold enough, the area has a very good weather. The residential is super quiet and has a pool,in addition to 10 minutes there is a river beach with all kinds of services, a bar, wc, kayak and a pool on the river!!! One of the days we went hiking to the convent do cristo de Tomar, a visit that is definitely worth a fantastic vacation.

We just stayed at Martine’s accommodation and It was perfect we got to enjoy the pool as weather was hot it’s very close to Tomar and also close enough to Sanctuary of Our Lady of Fátima We really enjoyed our stay and Martine was lovely very accommodating and making sure everything was ok for us I Highly recommended this accommodation

Pete and Linda are the best hosts we've ever had on Airbnb. They both went out of their way to make us happy and comfortable, from local restaurant recommendations to pool toys and everything in-between. Our daughter had an amazing holiday! The house itself is charming, with tonnes of space and everything you could need. The pool is fantastic and well kept. The local area is remote and beautiful with gorgeous countryside everywhere and some charming river beaches. I managed a run down from the house to the beach and back a couple of times but it's pretty hilly. In short, we couldn't recommend this place more. Thanks

Helen&Chris are lovely people. They gave our family a very warm welcome. We felt at home. Very neat and clean. The garden, pool and orangery are all spectacular. We loved spending our evenings at the taras or playing in the pool. Helen and Chris were very helpful with all instructions and sites or restaurants to visit. When we needed help they were very easy to communicate to. Highly recommend to visit Helen's & Chris's Orangery ☺️

What a wonderful stay we had at Sonia and Rui’s house. It was very well equipped, clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The hosts were both very responsive, helpful and friendly. The area is very quiet with nice neighbours. There are 2 balconies with a lovely view of the lake, a barbecue, and the house itself is very spacious. The village shop is a short car journey, which is well stocked. We travelled mostly to Tomar (approximately 20 mins by car) where there are a fantastic range of larger supermarkets and restaurants. The direct water access was absolutely fantastic for us, and we spent most of our time on the water/at the lake. The launch itself is a short drive away, but not an issue to get to. The access to the lake is fairly steep, but walkable/accessible. Our 3 year old managed this fine, and couldn’t wait to go swimming in the lake everyday. There is also a shared condominium pool, and was quiet during our stay. We were sad to leave, but will be back!
