My island retreat is a 2 min walk from the Wards ferry. Winter guests note last City ferry is at 11:15 pm

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis. This is a rare gem as the bedroom, bathroom and kitchen are all private, for an affordable price. It is very simple and some of our personal belongings are in the space but we keep the price low to make up for it. Most rentals in this area of Toronto have shared bathroom or kitchen or are very expensive. Within walking distance to Parkway Mall. 5 minute drive to the 401 or DVP which will take you to downtown Toronto in 25 minutes (if no traffic).

Lower guest suite is centrally located just a short 5 minute walk to Queen St, where you have access to 24/7 public transit to the City downtown core, restaurants, coffee shops, bars and parks. The space offers everything for a comfortable stay, including washer/dryer, fridge, and a small kitchenette for prepping light meals. *Note: There is no parking on the property though permits are available from the City. The cost ranges from $20 to $45. Let us know if you need parking before booking.

The Cozy Getaway

A cozy top-floor apartment with a patio through bedroom, private walk-out, and parking spot in the back (check instructions). You may also park for free in the front, BUT only until midnight. :) Prime location in Greektown, walking distance from countless restaurants and shops on the Danforth. Also close to the newly renovated Donlands and Pape subway stations. Listing includes airconditioning, free WiFi and Netflix, coffee and tea, cookware, and bathroom amenities. Have a wonderful stay!

Getting downtown is very simple, with the Queen streetcar being only a block away from the house.
