Todo muy bien, instrucciones claras, muy buena atención, comunicación y disposición por parte de la anfitriona, esta facil llegar y esta cómodo. llovió cuando fui asi que el clima estaba muy a gusto pero en otro momento si hace falta aire acondicionado

Un departamento muy bonito , todos sus servicios muy bien , muy comodo te sientes como en casa , Al Rachid muy al pendiente y muy agradable , claro que volveremos a Guadalajara y volveremos a llegar a este increible lugar , lo recomiendo ampliamente !

Our experience at Ana's place was great. This place is situated in a calm neighborhood in Colonia Americana. It is conveniently located near many coffee shops, bars, and restaurants. Now, getting to the place was not too difficult, but you do have to pay attention to the address, or else you will pass it, as the address is not too noticeable. One tip I give to future guests is to check in at reception before entering the parking garage, so you can secure your space if you have a car. Parking is also very tight in the garage, but the plus is that this place has a safe space to park your car. Now, the place itself is excellent. It's just as shown in the picture. Very modern, cozy, and comfortable. The Host is also amazing, and she is very communicative. During our stay, we did have one minor hiccup with the AC as it did not function well during our stay, however, the Host was very attentive and looked into this for us right away. Overall, we had a great experience.

El lugar me encantó, tiene una terraza pequeña donde se puede disfrutar de una buena charla, el aire acondicionado 10/10. El estacionamiento es por la calle, sin embargo muy segura la zona, sin duda regresaría.

We loved Casa Moro and meeting Diego. He made our stay so great and he was incredibly helpful. The house is lovely!! We were so relaxed and happy to be there. We slept well and really enjoyed just hanging out in the mornings or hot afternoons reading some of his great books. Diego is a very thoughtful and kind host and he gave us tons of recommendations around Guadalajara. He’s a great resource for helping to curate a special trip in Guadalajara.

Es un espacio tranquilo y privado a pocos minutos de la ciudad, la estancia fue genial, la propiedad en perfecto estado, muy limpia y con todo lo necesario para no tener que salir.

Ángel estuvo pendiente en todo momento desde nuestro ingreso hasta la finalización de la primera semana en el alojamiento, nuestras estancia fue tan placentera y de gran descanso que incluso la recorrimos una semana más por comodidad.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans l’appartement. Nous y sommes restés 10jours. Ce n’était pas notre première fois à Guadalajara et nous aimons ce quartier pour son calme même s’il n’est pas dans l’hyper centre. L’appartement est propre et dans une résidence sécurisée. Vous avez des cafés et des restaurants et des supermarchés à côté dont une supérette au pieds de l’immeuble. Carlos est hyper attentionné. Il nous a dépanné sur pas mal de choses. Ça manquait d’ustensiles de cuisine à notre arrivé, suite à ma demande il nous en a fourni plein et neufs le jour même. Puis il nous a emmené un ventilateur car nous avions chaud dans le salon. Il est très présent et répond très rapidement ! Encore merci pour tout !

Loved the place!! The apartment is so spacious, the bed was so comfortable and the bathroom was an experience in itself with the view! The hosts were very kind and always responsive if we had questions. Would go back and highly recommend.
